This condo is the largest one bedroom, two full bath unit in Breckenridge's most upscale condominium development, Main Street Station. The fully furnished condominium has over 1000 square feet of tastefully decorated living space, with all new flooring (Hardwood and Carpet) installed in May '17. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with slate flooring, stainless steel appliances, convection oven and microwave, and granite countertops. You will find a completely stocked kitchen with every thing you need to prepare the simplest to the most extravagant home cooked meals. Our condo has an open concept floor plan in the living/dining/kitchen areas, making it feel large, yet cozy. The antique dining table comfortably seats four and additional seating is available at the granite topped bar.
Relax in front of the real stone fireplace, complete with gas logs and an electric starter, as you unwind from a day of skiing or hiking the trails. The living room is furnished with a new pull out queen sofa sleeper with Tempurpedic matress, matching love seat, and over-sized chair. For your entertainment, there is a 50" 4K UHD TV in the Living Room, with DVD players in both the living room and bedroom. Free high speed Internet access is provided to keep you connected to the outside world. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with an iron king-size bed, armoire with flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a cozy, over-sized chair, perfect for a little quiet time with your favorite book. Located in the master bath is both a separate shower and a large whirlpool tub. The second full bath is furnished with a tub/shower combination, eliminating long waits for the bathroom. This second bath provides you the amenities of a two bedroom unit at the price of a one bedroom. Off the bedroom is a nice deck with a view of Maggie Pond, the ski area, and the courtyard below.
The Peak 9 ski lift is just a short walk across the courtyard. Renters will have full access to Main Street Station's ski and bike lockers, fitness club, movie theater, outdoor pool, and hot tubs. Just a few steps from your door are the shops and restaurants along Main Street, so no car is required to enjoy this mountain paradise. Or, take advantage of Wyndham’s on-demand shuttle service that will take guests straight to the gondola just six blocks away. Charter Sports offers onsite ski and snowboard rentals as well as a ski valet. If you do have a car, you have access to the covered/heated garage at no additional cost.
