INSIDE THE HOUSE
This condo is located on the second floor of an attractive complex. It overlooks the central courtyard, with community pool, sun loungers and outdoor dining. Enjoy a drink on a lounger or some lazy laps of the pool in the Texas sunshine.
Inside, the living area is semi-open to the dining room and kitchen. A flat screen TV sits over the contemporary fireplace in the sleek living room, which has two couches and two armchairs to sit 6 in comfort. The dining table seats 4, and the kitchen has been completely updated to feature granite countertops and stainless steel appliances throughout.
In the bedrooms, modern decor complements the bamboo flooring. There’s a king bed in the first bedroom and matching twins in the second. Both bedrooms share the gleaming bathroom, with white tile and a tub/shower combo.
OUR LOCATION
At this condo, you’re just minutes from the nightlife along West 6th. There’s lots of eateries on offer, from steaks at Perrys to Salvadorean at Gloria’s. For entertainment, Paramount Theater is just three short blocks away with movies and music every day.
Your daily needs are covered, too: get groceries at Whole Foods, squeeze in a workout at Austin Gym, then go to a reading at Book People. All are close by!
Why not head down to Lady Bird Lake, only a 12-minute walk away, where biking and hiking trails wind along the blue waters. Or enjoy spectacular sunsets from the bridge.
If you don’t have a car, there’s plenty of public transport on offer, with buses along Lavaca St just steps away. And don’t forget the Texas State Capitol, resplendent in pink granite with guided tours available daily!

Owner should look for alternative. Frustrating dealing with inexperienced, clueless Customer Reps. When initial contact was made it took over 10 days to get accurate answers to questions and then info was NOT what was promised at time of reservation. Unfortunately we had already made and paid the reservation which was in excess of 6500 $$ . If we would have known no 2 car parking- no mail, only 1 access to building we would have never stayed there. Its fine for a weekend. But not long term. Reservation process is not streamlined took several phone calls to actually make reservation. Although we didn't know that at beginning and thought we were all set. Was promised by turnkey rep -2 parking spaces as it is a 2 bedroom- it only has 1 parking spot. Comes with only 1 fob to access building so if tenants are not together there is no way to enter building. Made several requests for access codes- extra key fob- guest parking pass. After another 10 days of waiting was finally told there is no way to do any of that. When in fact you can. I contacted the REAL HOA and was able to resolve the access codes and guest parking pass. After another month of waiting for mail access- owner granted mail access with key. But by then it was too late we needed to establish and alternative. The last month we were there we were able to rent ( Another expense) and secure another parking spot in garage but a very helpful- responsive- knowledgeable owner in building. we also secured another fob for the owner- and was reimbursed for that so we left the fob that we had to do all the work to get. on check out day we were told we were extended till noon. but after 9 am key code was changed and we were never told. had to call back to another clueless customer service rep and spend 10 min on phone to get another access code to get into apt . Also lock box to secure fobs after checkout where no longer there. waited 3 days for no response from Turn Key
