This was a gem of a find and I am not sure I should be leaving a review as we may never be able to rent this wonderful apartment in one of the nicest spots in France again. However, Dominique deserves much praise for the immaculate and clean state of the apartment. No Kmart rugs in this place. Only the best.
We enjoyed ourselves tremendously for the 3 night we were there and have no reservations in recommending this place as a must do stop-over.

On the edge of the Thiou canal in the Old Town of Annecy, few steps away from the lake. Pedestrian areas, shops, restaurants, cinema, theatres are very close by. The Old Town market happens 3 times a week and the flea market once a month. The Christmas market, every year, is set on the edge of the Thiou canal, not far from the lake and very close to the apartment. The Old Town, its canal and its lake are right outside your house. The Old Town, very lively, will seduce you with its numerous churches, its castle and old prisons.
