We are travelers ourselves and we know how difficult communication can be in a foreign country and that transport delays can occur. For this reason, we have a locked keybox check-in system that will allow you to arrive at a time that suits you (within our advised times), without needing to stay in contact with your arrival time.
We are readily available to answer any questions you may have and have included a neighbourhood guide of recommendations in the local area both in the house and in the Hospitality section of this website.
You can also find answers to many questions you may have provided in a guidebook inside the house and on our page on Facey /CharmingHouseHaarlem

***Please be aware if booking with children or elderly people, that we have very steep traditional dutch stairs that may prove a mobility issue. Please see the photographs as a reference before booking. However, we have had many senior guests and children that haven't found this to be an issue and embrace them as part of the charm of living like the dutch. :)***
