Seaside Seven is the gorgeous quiet home you've been looking for! This great stand alone home had everything you need. On the ground level you have plenty of parking on both sides of the house, an outdoor shower, garage access, and steps to the large 2nd floor balcony. Inside proceed upstairs and you'll find the living level. This level had a large living room with two seating areas, a large dining room, full kitchen with new appliances, and a half bath. This floor had an excellent porch with ocean views, with rocking chairs, a hammock, and benches surrounding the deck.
Upstairs you'll find the sleeping areas. The master bedroom had a full bathroom, plenty of space to relax, and another ocean view deck. Across the hall you'll find the small kids room with two twin beds and bed side tables. The third bedroom had ocean views, a queen bed, and a twin bed. The fourth bedroom had one queen bed and a sound facing deck with sound views and ocean views.
This fantastic house has room inside and on the decks for your whole family to enjoy their vacation. With quick access to ocean beaches, and sound beaches, you can enjoy everything Wrigtsville Beach has to offer. The house is also right next to the Coast Guard Station, safety first! The house also offers the most parking on wrightsville beach; parking behind the house, in the driveway, and in the garage. Plenty of space to store your beach equipment as well! Don't miss out on this wonderful property to make amazing vacation memories.

[begin_ratings]1000,1001,1002,1003,1005,1006;3,1,3,5,2,0[end_ratings]The beach house is in a nice location and is roomy enough with sufficient parking for our extended family. However, the house was dated and poorly maintained last year when we rented it, and remains so. Upon arrival, there was a bag of dirty damp towels in the entry, only later did we discover that there was a leak from the powder room toilet and the towels were from an initial cleanup of that leak. The plumbers visited the morning of the 15th to stop the continuing leak. A tag on the door indicated they had been there on June 27, it is unclear why the repairs had not been completed two weeks later. We were awakened early the morning of the 15th by the smoke detector. The battery was dying and the noise could not be stopped until we located the offended device and removed the battery. The Intracoastal repairman stopped by and replaced the battery. A broken chair remains in the dining room near the sliding glass door. The under-layer of the area rugs on the main floor are exposed and fraying. The sofa closest to the dining room needs to be recovered and the cushion inserts replaced. There is minimal evening lighting on the main floor. The kitchen is over and under-supplied. There is an abundance of dinner plates, silverware and pots and pans but only 3 wines glasses; there is no can opener. The coffee maker leaks. Fewer and newer but relevant items including a can opener would be nice. It is not clear that the kitchen inventory complies with Intracoastal’s requirements. The stove and oven work nicely but the dishwasher is clearly “classic”. The fridge ice maker did not work and the plumbers could not repair it on the 15th and never returned. Cleaning of the unit is poor. The kitchen floor was sticky, dusting is poor, there are spider webs in the window corners. A dead roach was in the entry when we arrived and remained at our departure. Several ran across the floor of the master bedroom.
Thank you for providing feedback on your recent stay. We apologize that you experienced some maintenance and housekeeping concerns during your visit. We would have loved the opportunity to further address these issues for your comfort while at the property. These items have since been discussed with our maintenance and cleaning team for better performance going forward. The leak has been fully repaired and the unit has been sprayed for pests. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay overall. Guest Services Manager SNS 8/8
