Amazing apartment in beautiful area
The apartment is superb, great beds, well equipped kitchen. The pool and outdoor area are indescribable and what a view! The place is nicely situated and gives you the opportunity to visit different places and beaches. Linda and John are very sweet and took excellent care of us. Overall, we highly recommend it!
Holiday in Alcalali
This is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a lovely location.
The apartment was very clean and has air conditioning in the bedrooms. It has everything you need including basics such as tea, coffee and sugar. The gardens are pretty and have plenty of seating around the pool and outside kitchen and there is a gas and purpose built charcoal barbecue if you want to cook there. Views from the gardens are spectacular and the pool is beautiful.
There are restaurants, cafes, bars and shops within a few minutes walk but you would need a car to make the most of your stay and beaches are within a 30 minutes drive.
The owners were extremely helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay, with recommendations on places to visit or where to eat. Any messages we sent before we stayed were responded to very quickly.
We had a relaxing stay in this apartment and the area has a lot to offer for all ages - we plan to return!
Booking again lovely people who could not do enough for you and such an amazing place
Going again 100%
Thank you Nicolas & Yolanda. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay here. You & your children were lovely guests and it was a pleasure having you here. We hope that you will return & stay with us in the future.

Our villa is conveniently situated on a quiet urbanisation on the outskirts of Alcalali, just 10-15 minutes’ walk from centre of the quaint village. However, you will require a car to get about the area. Alcalali is an unspoiled sleepy village, with narrow streets, centred round the village church. It has a local grocery store, a hairdressers’, beauty salon, a newsagent, together with a collection of fantastic restaurants and small friendly bars and cafes. At the weekends in July and August, the village comes alive with the sounds of live music in the square.
We are approximately 20 - 30 minutes’ drive from the holiday resorts of Altea, Calpe, Moraira, Javea, Denia and Oliva. Albir and Benidorm being 30 - 40 minutes’ away. Both the historic cities of Alicante and Valencia are just over an hours’ drive away. Each has an international airport with close links to the Autopisto (motorway) with exits in Benissa and Denia, 20 minutes’ drive from Alcalali.
In the Marina Alta there are lots of things to do. Why not enjoy a visit to the neighbouring town of Jalon, famous for its Bodegas, only a 5 minute drive away. Or why not take a gentle stroll through the beautiful almond and orange groves to Jalon. Here you will find more shops, cafes and restaurants and the local ‘rastro’ market. There is even a children’s assault course up on the hillside. During the cooler months, the area is renowned for the excellent walking, mountain trekking and cycling circuits. You could even hire bicycles in Jalon or try rock climbing up the rock face in Alcalali. Going further afield, why not spend an hour or so pony trekking, or horse riding, or go speeding round the go cart track in Denia. Or if carting is not to your taste, why not enjoy a days’ shopping at the Ondara shopping mall. Or how about visiting the caves in Benidoilieg, or the waterfalls in Callosa, or visiting the ancient village of Guadalest. You may even like to spend the morning playing a round of golf at La Sella’s golf course, or playing a game of tennis, or playing bowls at El Cid’s Bowls club. Maybe water sports are more to your taste. Why not hire a jet ski or a yacht in Moraira or go scuba diving in Javea, or have a go at Kite surfing in Denia or paddle boarding in Altea. And if all this sounds too energetic why not just relax on one of the many beautiful beaches in the area or chill out with a glass of Sangria and a delicious meal in one of the many excellent restaurants, bars and cafes which abound in the area.
Spain is famous for its Fiestas, so why not check out when and where the Moors & Christians fiestas are taking place. Or maybe you would like to see the 3 Kings visit, or see the burning of the ‘Fallas’. Maybe you would enjoy a picnic on the beach and then join in with the ‘jumping over the waves at midnight’ during the festival of San Juan. There is so much to see and enjoy in the area so why not come and experience the joys of Spain this year.
