Nice place to stay

House was nice and comfortable. House was cleaned good but the tile floor could have been swept and mopped better. We had access to 4 pools and a kiddie pool, huge hot tub, swing set, mini golf and shuffle boards as well as tennis/ pickle courts and a basketball court. Owner supplied the rackets and stuff for mini golf. Place had its own washer/ dryer. Patio was nice place to set and socialize within our group. We had a wonderful vacation.

Condo was in a great location and priced well. However, we weren’t able to check in until almost 6pm. Feels like a day was wasted. Then when we checked it was half cleaned at best and smelled During our stay we woke up to no water. Nobody told us a nearby water main had been struck. We only found our after calling about it ourselves. Checkout was smooth but has to be done by 10am. Between the late check-in and early out check-out I feel like we were essentially shorted a day of our stay. So so experience.

We had a awesome stay at this condo. Everything was really close especially the beach access! Planning a stay here again next summer with the grandsons.

Disappointed!!!

The ladies on the phone and in person were nice at the management office. Upon arriving at the condo we found that it needed to be CLEANED!!! There was a watermelon, pineapple and a bang drink left in the kitchen. The sofas were very NASTY dirty and we found earrings in the them. We found trash in the dresser upstairs and eyeglasses under the bed. The chairs at the kitchen table had either bent legs or were broken plus the table felt like it was about to fall apart. The furniture wasn't anything like in the pictures but for the NASTY sofas! So, we couldn't even use the kitchen table or chairs in fear of someone getting hurt. The foot stool upstairs had bent legs and about to break so it couldn't be used either! There weren't any mirrors in the bedrooms. The pictures on your site looks nicer than it was in-person. There were missing light covers. The gate at the unit was missing a latch so we had to made our own lock so no one could walk-in and take our things. The grill outside was nasty dirty too!! The mattresses on ALL the beds were so OLD that you could feel the springs. The beds downstairs didn't even have head or footboards. I called the management office to in form them of all these issues right away. I was told that housekeeping would be out but we never saw them. Plus, I was told that a work order for all the broken items was made. But we never saw maintenance either. The location was great and easy to get to the beach. The other couple and us are VERY DISAPPOINTED in this unit/condo. We feel like for the amount of money that we paid to stay there plus a cleaning fee that things should have been NICE & CLEAN!!!!! We walked around the property looking at the pools and other things that was offer there. It looked like the ground workers had gone around and trimmed the palm trees and left all the branches on the ground all week. The security guard informed us that we had to have wrist bands that we didn't know about. So, that was an extra charge that we had to pay. I'll think twice about staying at a place that has this same management company since nothing was fixed.
