Our home has an unobstructed view over marshland which is home to a pair of nesting eagles and their babies. Watch them learn to fly this summer while enjoying a glass of wine on the beautiful patio. Kids and teens with love the pool complex which includes zero-entry pool and splash zones and special daily activities just for them. Teens can shoot hoops, play tennis, and ride bikes to the point for paddle boarding, canoeing and crabbing. Adults and grandparents will love the fitness and enrichment activities offered through the Bayside Institute as well as world-class golf and organized tennis activities. In the evenings enjoy a stroll down to the Point or a concert at the fabulous Freeman Stage.

During the summer season, make use of the frequent and accessible resort shuttle to Fenwick Island Beach.

The Eagle's Roost is a very special property because of our eagles. Our home has an unobstructed view over the wild land where the eagles make their home. From our deck you can see them hunting and taking care of their eaglets. Because of their home here the property behind us can not be developed and, unlike most homes in Bayside, ours doesn't have any immediate neighbors to look out onto so you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine in relative privacy.

                                                              • Bayside Resort Golf Club requires guest passes for access to the sports and activities for a fee per person (ages 5 and up). During the summer season the fees are: 3-Day $40 pp (must be 3 consecutive days), Weekly $55 pp (must be 7 consecutive days.) Rates decrease in off season. Amenities passes include access to pool, gym (2 gyms - one at the pool complex and a new gym with an indoor pool), tennis, activities at the Point, shuttle to beach, Bayside Institute. Golf, range fees, and some Freeman Stage performances are additional.

                                                                We have stayed at other homes in the Bayside community but this was by far the best property.

                                                                Everything that our family could need to enjoy our stay was provided. From beds that were already made when we arrived, to bikes, right down to the griddle for our morning pancakes! The home is beautifully decorated in tasteful, serene hues that add to the high end resort feel.

                                                                The location is convenient for an early morning ride to the point for yoga or paddle boarding, and is a quick ride to the pool as well.

                                                                Lastly, the large sofa on the back patio is the perfect place to relax and end the day with a glass of wine and watch the golfers go by in the distance.

                                                                We spent a relaxing week in this wonderful home. We were 6 adults and we did not feel cramped. The house has an open concept and is decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked dinner in a couple of times during the week. The back deck is peaceful for reading during the day and the fire pit is wonderful at night. We used many of the great amenities that Bayside had to offer and plan on coming back soon.

                                                                We absolutely loved this house, from the decor to all the extra special touches from the owners! When we arrived we were greeted with a bottle of wine, extra toilet paper in every bathroom, paper towels and so much more. I loved how thoughtful the owners were about these gestures because it made our arrival that much nicer. We enjoyed the back patio and fire pit nightly. Many memories were made on that patio making s'mores, eating crabs and hunting for frogs. It was the best family vacation we've had so far in Bayside! I think we've found our spot for many years to come. The owners were fantastic and so responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

                                                                My family spent a long weekend at this beautiful home! It was extremely clean, well stocked, and very comfortable! There were 7 of us and we never felt cramped! The location is perfect, walking distance to the pool, quiet, and a great view from the backyard!

                                                                We stayed for a long weekend at the end of September 2016. This home is perfect in everyway for one large family or for two small families. We were a group of two families-4 adults and 4 children. From the beginning (securing our reservation) to the day of check out, the owners were excellent and communicated with us everything we needed to know about the house and the development. We arrived to a clean and well maintained home. The kitchen is well stocked with the beginning necessities as well as kitchen supplies-like pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. The kitchen is spacious for multiple chefs to be preparing dinner while the rest of your family is sitting at the counter or relaxing on the extremely comfortable couch. There is also a large pantry to store your groceries. Each bedroom and bathroom has adequate space for your luggage and personal belongings. Both full bathrooms have a double vanity with lots of cabinet/countertop space. The linens on all the beds were a quality fabric and the towels were just as nice. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. This listing is a very accurate representation of this home.

                                                                After dinner we enjoyed extending our day by sitting outside at the fire pit relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture. The Bayside development is very clean and also well maintained. We enjoyed walking through the development in the early morning before heading to the beach.

                                                                Amenity passes are $49 per person per week during summer (children under 5 are free). 3 day passes are $38 and single day passes $14. We need to book the amenity passes for you (which you pick up at the Welcome Center) and they charge our account. We then deduct however many amenity passes you booked from the deposit before returning the balance to you. You would need to let us know 3 weeks before your visit how many amenity passes you require. Checkout time is 10am.
