Our home is on a quiet street in south Knoxville. For those not familiar with the area we are very centrally located from a tremendous number of attractions and things to do. From the Smokey mountains, Gatlinburg and Dollywood to UT-Vols football and the exciting down town night life of Knoxville's market square and old Knoxville pubs and resutrant. For those who don't mind a little drive Nashville, Chattanooga and Atlanta are all within a day trip (or better yet, stay overnight and really take in the attractions)
This was our home for 10 years and we have painstakingly updates almost all of it with the intent to stay for ever alas it was not to be but you get the benefit. The kitchen is granite with top of the line appliances, gas for the range, electric for the oven in my humble opinion and many foodies out there the best combination. The master is updates with large steam shower to soak away the aches of a hike up to Clingmans Dome. If you aren't here to watch UT play then watch your home team from the reclining leather arm chairs on the 70" TV with surround sound.
But we're not done... Bringing motorcycles to ride the dragon? We have two empty garage to store them in our of the rain and a huge level drive way to make loading and unloading easy if you brought them on a trailer.
Maybe you're on a cross country RV trip and need a break? We got you, we installed a 30X40 pad with sewer and 30 Amp RV electric to house our own 36' baby. I would keep it under 36' though unless your wheel base is short.
We have traveled extensively and believe we know what makes a great vacation home. Our home is your home. Please don't hesitate to contact us with questions.
