Our second stay was delightful. The temperatures were summer like and the beach called every day. Shelling and hunting for shark's teeth, reading under the umbrella, going for a beach walk or joining hundreds who show up and then applaud the sunset. The location is ideal for any activity and the area provide just about anything that might interest you. Englewood beach and town, Venice, Manasota Key, Boca Grande, Lemon Bay, Placida are pleasant drives. Restaurants are numerous and the offerings of fresh seafood are delicious. Top it off with ice cream at the Better Scoop or Lickety Split and you have a made the day.

The house on Wilson drive is so clean and welcoming. Everything you need is right there. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, dishes, take along containers, and coolers. Beach and house towels are in good supply. The grill is great. The laundry room has full size washer and dryer and is also a great place to bring beach stuff into at the end of the day. Beds are very comfortable. Last but not least, we love the porch/lanai. Mornings spent reading, planning the day and having breakfast are a treat when you come from 20 degree temperatures up north!

Karen and Don have a wonderful beach home, beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated. So happy we found it. We look forward to next year.
