About Vacasa of Oregon Coast

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Unique, perfect, lovely beach and great location

 • 5 of 5

It was perfect, unique and I loved having a little beach for my kids to play on and not have to worry about the ocean waves. My kiddos loved discovering the secret rooms of this amazing house and I appreciated sitting on the deck in the morning watching the birds and seals go by. Thank you for sharing this space!

Great family stay

 • 5 of 5

This house was exactly what our family needed during our vacation. There was plenty of space, fun for kids, and a great view of the bay. The kids could play in the sand and watch the seals come and go. The house had everything we needed for making meals and grilling. I would have stayed longer if time would have allowed it. The art work in the house is interesting and a little quirky. The house is fun to explore and has lots of nooks and cranny spaces. I’d recommend this house for anyone seeking a relaxing low key place to stay.

artsy little beach house

 • 5 of 5

Loved this little house on the bay! The owner calls it quirky and it is, in the nicest way. Bright inside with everything you need, and several little nooks for reading, resting and gazing at the view. The best of both worlds....a beach house with a quiet beach, it's on the bay....nice sandy beach subject to the tides, but no crashing waves all night long. Comfortably furnished, interesting artsy decor, if you're into that sort of thing....(I am.)

Artsy little beach house

 • 5 of 5

Quiet, but with neighbors, close to amenities, safe, quiet beach on the bay. Open and bright, but room for quiet moments. Well equipped.

Interesting House

 • 4 of 5

This is a cool house. Note: There is NO insulation between floors. So travel with your family or friends you love. We were in a bedroom with door closed and my mother in law was eating chips downstairs, and it was super loud. It should be noted that all doors are louvered so it’s kinda like a closet door anytime you close a door so no true privacy. No fans in upstairs baths. And downstairs bath was hard to find next to W/D. Hoping they got oven fixed so timer doesn’t go off randomly all day and night. Not ideal to unplug and relight a gas stove daily. The seals outside hanging out on the bay were cool entertainment. Great jumping off point to go anywhere on coast. We’d stay here again but not with anyone that’s a night owl. Every sound is ridiculously pronounced.
