Come enjoy our 3 bedroom Marblehead home located in a quiet, private neighborhood that is full of sun. Just a few houses down from Salem Harbor, the house is situated near a boating beach where you can enjoy the beautiful views or take a kayak out right into the harbor. Beautiful swimming beaches can be found just minutes away. Within walking distance to old town Marblehead and located just minutes from downtown Salem. Boston is also only a short 30 minutes away.
The fully furnished, recently painted home is complete with wifi and cable and has 3 bedrooms with 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin, and 1 trundle bed (that can convert to a king), there is also a rollaway bed if needed. It can accommodate up to 7 people as long as people are willing to share beds. . The private backyard is fully fenced in and is complete with a gas grill, patio set, outdoor games and has views of a tranquil pond located directly behind the property.
The full house and yard is available to you. Wifi is provided as well as cable TV, a gas BBQ, table and chairs in the yard to enjoy the quiet, private backyard.

The home is surrounded by wide streets easy for walking, jogging and biking and also just down the road from a biking/jogging trail that runs through Marblehead to Salem. Sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding and rowing rentals are available less than 2 miles away at the Little Harbor Boathouse. Historic tours, dining, theatre, shopping and music are a short ride away.

If you are looking to just relax and discover Marblehead and its immediate surrounding areas everything is within walking distance or a cab ride away. If you are looking to explore Historic Salem it is only a 10-15 minute car ride. An Uber or Taxi is recommended. If you wish to explore other areas on the North Shore a car is recommended. Public transportation to Boston is available: the Blue line is an approximate 25 minute ride away(Wonderland station) and the MBTA(Newburyport/Rockport-North Station line) is accessible from Swampscott or Salem(10-15 minute ride to either stop). There is also bus service to Boston and surrounding areas and is about a mile walk to the stop.

Today, its quaint narrow streets and historic 17th and 18th Century buildings mirror Marblehead as it has existed since its founding in 1629. Nowadays the downtown area has many local restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.
Nearby: Salem, MA: Salem is one of the neighboring towns of Marblehead and is located only 2 miles away. Popular historical spots include: Witch Museum, Witch Dungeon, The House of Seven Gables, Pioneer Village, Gallows Hill, and Salem Maritime Historical Site. The entire downtown is a walking area filled with local shops and restaurants which are popular attractions year round but really come to life during Halloween season. Salem is also home to the Peabody Essex museum that has a large collection of local and historical artwork. Other fun things to do in Salem especially in the summer are Harbor Cruises and the Salem Willows. Our house provides a best of both worlds. You have the luxury of having a private home with a large fenced in yard that is only minutes away from these attractions.
