Sarlata is a small village about one Kilometre from the airport and it's raised position gives it some wonderful views over the Ionian Sea. The village also has a small Mini Market and some very good tavernas nearby. There is also a small local shop within 2-3 mins walk. Ammes Beach is approximately 2 Km.
The villa is conveniently positioned just a 10 minute drive from the Busy Tourist resort of Lassi and it is only another 5 minutes on to the Capital Argostoli with its shops and restaurants. The numerous villages of the verdant island of Kefalonia Greece are all very picturesque and attractive. Many of them are located in the vast mountainous area of the island while some others can be found on its impressive coastline. Worth-seeing is the fantastic village of Fiscardo which still have all its traditional and Venetian buildings.
Melissani lake, Drogarati cave, the village of Assos and the only village undisturbed after the devastating earthquake of 1953 - Fiscardo are all not to be missed.
