This unit also boasts in-suite laundry, double garage, driveway allow park two vehicle and lots of street parking. Wi-fi internet is free for you.

Very good location : 4 mins to Stoney Trail. 3 mins to beddington Trail, 7 mins to Deerfoot Trail. 13 mins to Airport. Shopping centre, Library, Gym, Swimming pool(Vivo), etc close by.

Nice place

The reason I choose this house for my friends from China is that it is close to my own house, close to the airport, and close to Chinese grocery store. It didn't disappoint me. It was a clean and cozy house. The landlord was nice and helpful. But the 4th bedroom was in the basement which I didn't aware.

The only thing unsatisfied was that the website didn't show the actual price. I paid much more than I expected. Be careful when you book it, make sure you get the right price.

Perfect for what we needed!

Thank you King for being so available and helpful. Your place was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 grandparents. We arrived to a warm house and the fireplace on! Kicked our shoes off and that was the end of the story...Our home away from home. Bedrooms were perfect....but the master bedroom had the firmest bed I had ever felt. We brought our doggie...who felt safe and at home with the fenced yard and plenty of walking areas nearby. If you're lucky you will even see the local Jack Rabbits!! Thank you again!

adequate space for 8 but VERY hard beds

Great kitchen/eating space for sharing meals - some great cooking pots and pans and nice stove and dishes - very small hotel-style coffeepot requiring numerous fills to give everyone a nice cup - no teapot if you're a tea drinker, but there is a kettle. Easy to navigate to and from when going on Calgary adventures. On a fairly busy residential street, but traffic noise died down by 11pm and started about 6am weekdays and about 7am weekends. Appreciated having the well-fenced backyard so 3 year old could play outside safely. Bedrooms are huge, and good sound-buffering space between rooms, but be warned the beds are VERY hard (Jysk-style with hard foam mattresses and slats underneath)- especially in the master bedroom! Everyone in our group commented on how nice it would be to go home and sleep on a good quality mattress with a box spring for support after 4 nights on such hard ones!) But the house space worked really well for all of us to spend time together in.

Your property was as immaculate as the ad indicated. We did check out other properties before finding yours. The others were very deceptive ads - inhabitable. So, thanks for your honesty. My visitors from abroad were thrilled to have such a well maintained property. It was clean, with a well stocked kitchen that is, all utensils and pots and pans were provided. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the linen closets were well stocked. The back and front yard were well maintained.
