The master wing is your sanctuary, featuring a luxurious vintage-inspired bathroom with handmade vanity, and custom tile work.
The 2,800 sf (260 sq m) living space features 4 bedrooms, a full master suite with Cal King bed, a guest bedroom with queen size bed (pillow-top mattress) and 2 additional bedrooms with queen size memory foam mattress which are used as offices/home gym. There are also 3 full bathrooms including the master bath with a full shower, garden window and massive jetted spa tub. The other en-suite bath features a shower, and the powder room boasts an antique clawfoot tub.
Enjoy outdoor living at it's finest with a 400 sf (37 sq. m) covered patio with 12 person dining table and lounging sectional sofa opening to nearly a 1/2 acre of roam-able land with a massive pool and in-ground spa. The pool area is finished off with a custom built outdoor kitchen with 48" gas grill, 48" Traeger smoker and outdoor refrigerator.

PETS - Are not permitted in or outside the home under any condition.
No short-term rentals as defined by the new ordinance of the City of Rolling Hills Estates. Please inquire about minimum stay requirements.
