OCCUPANCY: Sunset Harbor Palms 2-210 Nprovides ideal accommodations for up to 4 persons - this includes all small children and infants. Occupancy of this property may never at any time exceed more than 4 persons. Occupancy limits are carefully monitored with outdoor cameras and personnel. Guests who violate the Occupancy Standards stated remain subject to eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.

The use of community amenity features (Pier, Gazebo and SNAP Fitness) requires all persons to have identification and access cards. A maximum of 4 cards will be made available for this property.

PETS: Pet animals are NOT permitted. Violation of this NO PET policy remains subject to significant financial penalties (See Rental Lease Agreement) and immediate Guest eviction.

SERVICE ANIMALS: Guests requiring the assistance of a Service Animal must supply proper legal documentation at the time of establishing a Reservation. Guests requiring the assistance of a Comfort Animal must supply vaccination records demonstrating all vaccinations are current and a signed letter from a psychological doctor attesting to Guest's need for the animal, the ability of the animal to perform the services required and the ability of the animal to refrain from causing disruption to other persons in close proximity.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of a major mechanical failure or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by an exceptional staff, which were all very friendly and welcoming. The condo was VERY clean and WELL STOCKED with everything a person would need. The condo was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The location was perfect as we enjoyed watching the sunsets in the evening while enjoying the views and sounds of the SR Sound.

This condo was everything we could hope for and want, from the quiet location, cleanliness and all the amenities it offered.

We would highly recommend this condo to anyone and we personally, look forward to our next stay!!

The pictures are very deceiving!! The view is of the Sound not the Gulf!! The place had a VERY MUSTY SMELL!! The place is not close to anything on the island..

Beautiful condo with a great view but noisy neighbors and odd smell

Our stay had several great points. The view from the unit was great. There is plenty of close parking and easy access to the stairs or elevators. The internet in the unit is fast. The unit was very well equipped with amenities including washer/dryer, comfortable furniture, DVD players, plenty of kitchen utensils, etc. There is plenty of hot water with a nice tub/shower. The bed is comfortable. There is plenty of storage and closet space. My only issues may not even be an issue for someone else but were an annoyance to us. The neighbors in the 3rd floor unit were like a herd of elephants. I’m not sure if they had younger children or what, but they were constantly either “stomping” across the floor or making noises that were equated to dragging of furniture across the floor. This was almost an all day everyday and near all of Friday night occurrence. Others probably would have called the police or might’ve confronted them. I just tried to ignore it. It’s just like living in an apartment. You have to be considerate of your neighbors. The second issue was an odd smell. It was sort of a musty chemical smell. You smell this when first entering the unit. When you get home, get ready to re-wash all of your clothing and air out your suitcase to get rid of it. If I were the owners, I would have the HVAC ductwork professionally cleaned and also speak with property managers about if other units have this “smell”. It could be attributed to pest control products.

Great Value...

Everything was decorated beautifully with brighter lighter colors... Fitting for beach decor! Everything was upscale as far as bedding and sheets. And the AC worked perfectly! Will be looking to rent this condo again next year!
