Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC (NVR) appreciates your interest in this beautiful One Bedroom property located in the tranquil and relaxing Sound Front community of Sunset Harbor the Palms in beautiful Navarre Beach, FL. Sunset Harbor the Palms is located on the western low density end of the island - just before entering the National Seashore and is a short walk to the shoreline of the Gulf with beach access located at the end of South Carolina Street.

Guests are encouraged to confirm availability by calling NVR during Operational Business Hours. Early Reservations are encouraged to obtain the best rental rates and availability.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Rentals of Sunset Harbor Palms #1-203 may only be made by a Guest Lessee that is at least 25 years of age and may at Lessor's discretion require additional background checks or conditions prior to property rental.
ALLOWED OCCUPANCY: Property Occupancy Limits are mandated by Fire Safety Codes and Property Owner directives. Sunset Harbor Palms #1-203 provides comfortable and ideal accommodations for up to 3 persons (this includes small children and infants). Permitted Property Occupancy Standards are extended to include all invitees of Guest Lessee. Sunset Harbor Palms #1-203 may not be reserved or used for gatherings of more than 3 persons.
ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES: Guest Arrivals and Check-In times are based on seasonal rental demands. Guest arrivals during periods of Peak Demand (May 21 - August 12) are generally permitted after 4PM Central Standard Time and 3PM Central Standard Time during periods of Non-Peak Demand (August 13 - May 20). Concluded rental use and Guest's peaceful surrender and Departure from a reserved property must occur prior to 10AM Central Standard Time on the identified date of departure. Requests for earlier Arrival or delayed Departure remains subject to property availability and additional fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY: NVR strongly encourages all Guests to select and purchase Travel Interruption Insurance Protection Coverage from a properly licensed independent third party provider. Guest Cancellations of an established Reservation remains responsible for the full faithful financial performance outlined in the Short Term Rental Lease Agreement. Excused Guest Cancellations are permitted exclusively in instances of:
* Mandatory Island Evacuation Orders by the Island Authority.
* Mandatory Property Evacuation Orders by any official with jurisdiction or authority to protect the safety and welfare of all persons and property.
* Any actions, or lack thereof, by the property Owner such that interferes or impedes with the legal and quiet enjoyment of use by Guest Lessee.
* Damage or destruction of the property or premises such that renders rental occupancy as being unsafe or hazardous.
Excused Guest Cancellations for reasons listed are exempt from further financial performance outlined in the Short Term Rental Lease Agreement and are eligible for a refund of paid Committal Deposits or a prorated refund of monies paid for unused portions of time for reserved rental use.
COMMITTAL DEPOSITS: Committal Deposits collected at the time of making a Reservation and are used to secure a Guest's reserved rental use of the property. Committal Deposit payments are applied towards the all inclusive total cost of a Guest's reserved rental visit. Committal Deposit payments are NOT refundable Security Damage Deposits. The Committal Deposit required to make a Reservation for this property is $250.00.
CREDIT CARDS: Use of an accepted Credit or Debit card for making payment of anything other than the Committal Deposit remains subject to additional fees associated with card processing. Committal Deposit payments must be made with an accepted Credit Card and are exempt from additional card processing fees. Payment of an Outstanding Reservation Balance made at the time of Check-In must be made using Certified Funds. Guests may avoid additional fees for Credit or Debit card use by making payment of the Outstanding Balance using either: Cashier's Check, Money Order or US Currency.
HOURS of OPERATION: NVR maintains Operational Business Hours based on seasonal rental demands. NVR does NOT maintain a 24 Hour Guest Check-In Facility. Guest arrivals occurring after published Operational Business Hours are required to contact NVR prior to the close of business on the scheduled date of Guest arrival to obtain property access codes. Guest failure to establish an after-hours arrival may result in Guest lockout. No pricing adjustments will be made.
After-hours Guest Arrivals are required to formally Register and Check-In at the Office of NVR prior to 11AM on the morning following arrival.
PAYMENT: Outstanding Reservation Balances are payable at the time of Guest Check-In and must be made using certified funds (Cashier's Check, Money Orders, Accepted Credit Cards or US Currency). Personal Checks cannot be accepted. Payment of all costs associated with Guest rental use of the property is required prior to Guest entry or taking possession of the property.
PETS: Pet animals are expressly NOT permitted. Any violation of this rental provision will result in the immediate termination of Lessee's rental and allowed occupancy of the property and Lessee's forfeiture of all monies paid. Evidence of the presence of a pet animal discovered at the time of post rental inspection of the property will have all incurred charges associated with pet remediation efforts, Fines or Fees levied by a Homeowner's Community, if any, and all costs incurred for property replacements applied and billed to Lessee's Credit Card presented at the time of Registration and Check-In.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: It is the policy and practice of NVR to notify all Guests of the need to substitute comparable or superior accommodations if such need is known at least 24 hours prior to Guest arrival. NVR reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations in instances of Force Majeure.
RENTAL RATES: Rates are subject to change until Confirmed by NVR. An Instant Rate Quote is available by "Clicking" the Instant Rate Quote Button located on the Right side of this listing.
SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior portions of this property. Violation of this rental provision will result in the immediate termination of Lessee's rental and allowed occupancy of the property and Lessee's forfeiture of all monies paid. Evidence of smoking discovered during post rental inspection of the property will have all incurred expense for smoke remediation efforts or property replacements applied and billed to the Credit Card Lessee provides at the time of Registration and Check-In.
