On July and August arrival only on Saturday, for different dates, please contact the owner otherwise your booking should be rejected.
Rent related to the number indicated on the booking form, extra guest will be charged. Confirm check-in time at least 3 days before arrival.
Security deposit will be released few days after departure if the house is tidy, without damages and rubbish. Tourist tax have to be paid on arrival.
