'Tide Lines' is a spectacular 4-bedroom GULF FRONT condo located in the heart of Seagrove Beach with sweeping views of the white sugar sandy beaches and emerald green waters. This spacious and luxurious 3rd floor (END UNIT, west facing) condo has been professionally decorated with new furnishings, new carpet in the bedrooms and a fresh coat of paint.

With 2,300 square feet, there is plenty of room for everyone. The open-concept floor plan has a large living room with sliding doors to the (extra long) private balcony overlooking the gulf front pool. The kitchen is well-equipped featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for 5. There is also separate large wet bar and dining table.

Located 1 mile east of Seaside, on 30A, Legacy is centrally located and within walking or biking distance of numerous dining, shopping and entertainment options.

- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

- Except for the booking fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 120 days prior to the arrival date

- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date

- We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards

- Security deposits are due via credit card, 14 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged - linens or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $250 ($500 during spring break).

CHECK IN is 4:00PM and CHECK OUT is by 10:00AM.

Upon check out, you have the option to add trip insurance. The coverage has a list of cancelation reasons and we can provide links to that product's coverage prior to your booking with us so you know what it covers.

The condo is beautiful

The home owners association was a nightmare. They ruined the whole vacation. Also there was a problem with snakes at the pool and the garbage disposal is in a very dangerous location.

A 5-star condo, a 4-star experience

Our family of 7 stayed here in May, 2018. The condo is beautiful, the views are amazing and the beach access looks to be among the best along this stretch of coastline. The location is perfect, with its close proximity to Seaside, etc for those interested in venturing out a bit. I can't think of a single negative about the condo itself.

So why did it not get 5 stars? Two reasons:

1. When we arrived (Saturday), the pool was closed, with yellow caution tape around the gates. We hadn't been told it would be closed. We called the leasing agent (for some reason, even though we rented through VRBO, our contact was a real estate company; we never had any communication with/from the owner) who hadn’t been notified of the closing; then we were told it should be open by Tuesday. We heard nothing else and the pool remained closed. On Thursday morning, the tape was down but Friday the tape was back up again. We left on Saturday, hoping it would be open for the next renter. No pool plus the lack of communication/misinformation regarding it was unfortunate.

2. Current/future construction: On the adjacent lot to the West a new building is going up, much larger than the Legacy. Fortunately for us, the construction was far enough along that the noise didn't bother us as much as we were afraid it would. It doesn't look like the beach views will be affected much but the beach will definitely be impacted by the increased number of guests. The adjacent lot to the East is undeveloped and it can only be a matter of time before something goes up there. So renter, be aware of any current or new construction on that site.

great stay!

Loved the property, location was great. Glad the construction next door was not too loud. Was unaware a new property was being built. Sad to loose the sunset view to it but so close to the beach and amenities it gave us just what we were looking for. Love to revisit again.
