The Space:

Welcome to our impeccably designed 1,500+ square-foot townhouse. The interior of our home boasts high end decor and furnishings that exude luxury. Plush seating and a flat-screen Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Amazon adorn the living room and seamlessly flows into the dining area.

The gourmet kitchen is exceedingly spacious, decked out with all the essential features and cooking gadgets you'll need to prepare a delectable dish for the whole group! Dine under the sleek silver chandelier, or gather on the patio table to savor meals with your travel companions.

In the evenings, sip a glass of wine on the deck while you treasure the breathtaking views of the sun setting over the downtown skyline and majestic Rocky Mountains. You can stroll across the street to warm up at the community fire pit, or use the water features with heated tiles to cool off.

Each master bedroom features lavish Serta Perfect Sleeper Euro Top mattresses, soft Egyptian cotton linens, and a flat-screen TV. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found using the 2 toddler mattresses to accommodate 2 children, in addition to a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Why Kara and John chose Stapleton

Location, Location, Location! We love that we can walk to everything and it's just a short ride to downtown. Go Broncos! The park we look onto is beautiful year round and the concerts in the summer from the front patio are just the icing on the cake! Safe neighborhood and all the homes have front porches to encourage a sense of community. Lots of friendly people and smiling faces, it's a happy place for sure! Summer BBQ's in the street and music and festivities almost every summer weekend.

What makes this townhome unique

Views of Downtown Denver and the Rockies, filled with light all day, glows at night from the strands of lights at the park in the evening and of course it's a shopper and Foodies Paradise!

Very comfortable place.

The place was amazing. LOVE the whole neighborhood. Very family oriented, beautiful scenery, and nice location. We enjoy cooking and we're pleased with the availability of utensils and cook ware. Master bed was comfortable. View of the mountains was nice too. Appreciate the use of paper products and washing detergent.

One very minuscule thing is there was no cutting board and I was scared to cut on the cabinets (we used the baking sheet) so I would suggest adding one to the kitchen. We may have missed it but it wasn't a huge deal anyways. Will definitely consider taking here again.

Wonderful, clean and perfectly located house

We stayed here for two nights with all 4 of our children. The home is clean and in a beautiful area full of restaurants, splash pad area and pool all close to the house. Although there was plenty of action around us the evenings and nights were quiet and sitting on the front porch balcony was wonderful.

We had a small issue when we arrived but the management company handled themselves perfectly and professionally and quickly solved the problem. The house is located close to the Rockies baseball park which worked well for us too. If you are in the Denver area and need a roomy, clean, modern, perfectly located and well managed home then this is the place to stay.

Denver delight!

My daughter and I loved the town home! The proximity of this home to downtown Denver, water rafting and Red Rocks Amphitheater was perfect. The home was immaculate and well stocked! Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay!

Had a Great Time

The town house was the perfect place for our weekend of youth soccer. We were pleasantly surprised to find out the Denver Arts Festival was taking place right in the front yard. That was a bonus!! We were in town for the Real Cup 2018 soccer tournament with our kids, which was only 5 minutes away at Dicks Sporting Goods Park. Even with the festival going on it was a great place to relax between matches and listen to the live music was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and the night breeze was cool with the windows open. It is nice to be able to have a home cooked meal away from home. The kitchen, dining room, living room is open and cozy. Having breakfast on the balcony was the best.

Had a great time and will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Great amenities, super clean and spacious home

It was an awesome spot to stay for the long weekend with our daughter to experience Denver. Very clean and spacious! We missed having cable but the access to WiFi, Amazon and Netflix more than made up for it. Would go back again.
