Why Adrian Brookes chose Fort William
Secure garden if you have small children or pets close to the waters edge, so they can play safely. No through traffic so very quite, but close to main town.
What makes this Cottage unique
Just sitting in the lounge watching the weather go by, on the other side of the loch is truly breath taking, with the dramatic mountains rising from the waters edge.

Stay at No 11 Ardrhu cottage
The cottage is lovely in a beautiful setting. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with equipment and a full sized fridge and freezer.
The only downside was the fact that our dog is so small he could get out of the garden and needed to be on a lead at all times.
Our stay at No 11 Ardrhu Cottages
Clean modern property with all facilities. Nice and warm too. Only a couple of problems and one was the bathroom plug didn't work correctly. The owner did try to fix it and probably has done by now. The other problem was the shower head wasn't adjustable. Otherwise the property was well equipped, even had a supply of tea bags, sugar etc. Bedding and towels were very clean as was the whole cottage.
We had a great time. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family/friends. The property is also very central for Glencoe and Fort William.
Lovely central location for exploring the surrounding area.
We love this area and have visited many times, but this was our first visit here (for one week in April 2019) and we were fortunate to have amazing weather. The property provided everything we needed and is well maintained and comfortable. We didn't use the garden but could see how useful it is for those with pets. We had an issue during our stay as a neighbour was developing a nearby property, which is why I've only given 4 stars. Adrian and Joanne were extremely supportive and even offered to find us alternative accommodation (which we declined with appreciation). I would definitely give A & J 10 out of 10 for customer service.
Lovely, well equipped cottage in a great location.
Great place to stay . Ideally situated between Glencoe and Fort William.
Great scenery, great accommodation we loved the view across the Loch and it snowed to complete it.
Although places were closed for their Winter break there remains plenty to do and see.
A very well presented place to stay.
Number 11 is situated in a perfect place to explore either Glencoe or Fort William and further.
The house itself is very warm and comfortable with a view to die for out of the patio doors at the rear.
The worst part of staying somewhere other than home for me is the bed, but No.11 has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in so you wake fully refreshed for the next day of exploring.
It's situated close to the main route to Fort William and the road to the isles but you are far away enough not to hear any traffic at all.
Really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return.
