Our architecturally designed detached vacation rental was carefully planned to give our guest a private experience. With a separate entrance and private covered parking you will have the place to yourself during your stay. After owning a vacation rental for over a decade near Yellowstone Park, we saw the demand increase here in the Gallatin Valley for travelers in Bozeman and decided to build (2016). The Bungalow offers a private bedroom and full bathroom, tile shower, washer/dryer, thermostat heat in every room, A/C in the summer, living room has a pull out couch for extra guests (sleeps 4), deck with BBQ. We stock it with everything you will need (linens, cookware, spices, etc.)

About Marty Haskins
Kelly and I both graduated college here at Montana State University and never left. I am a financial advisor and Kelly is a teacher. We have two wonderful young daughters. Bozeman has been our home for 16 years. We love it here!
Marty Haskins purchased this Bungalow in 2016
Why Marty Haskins chose Valley West
We purchased a cabin on the Yellowstone River near Gardiner, MT in 2005 with the hopes of offsetting our cost by renting to fisherman visiting Montana. Little did we know there was a tremendous demand for families touring Yellowstone Park. We have been blessed with the success of our cabin adventure. We now rent it May through October each year and use it personally in the shoulder seasons. We are very excited about our new real estate adventure in Bozeman.
What makes this Bungalow unique
We have spent a lot of time designing our new home and the detached bungalow. I have been listening to the needs of our vacation renters at our cabin for over ten years. This apartment is specifically built to use it for short term renters and still give us the privacy we need to raise our family.

We stayed here for ten days to drop our son off at MSU and attend the Gold Rush game. We found this place to be clean, conveniently located, and well stocked. We used the kitchen to cook meals and found it to be adequately stocked. The washer and dryer were a big help especially with newly purchased dorm items. We found Marty to be very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation.
Perfect Rental for Short or Long Term Stays
I stayed in this rental for a long term stay(10 months) and it couldn't have been better! The location is great, the neighborhood is very family friendly with lots to do, and the rental has everything you need for your stay. There was plenty of storage space for my winter and summer gear. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!
Very clean and comfortable! A great location it was exactly what we were looking for!
My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our stay here! This is a beautiful property and I would recommend it to anyone. Marty and Kelly are great hosts! Very helpful and happy to help in any way! So grateful for the wonderful stay!! Thanks again
Perfect location. Great one bedroom layout. Very nicely appointed. Neat neighborhood. Super owners. Couldn't ask for any nicer. Honestly can't think of anything to gripe about. Loved it!
Clean and very tastefully decorated.
Owners are very nice and accommodating. Only 3-4 miles to downtown and all the shopping.
Just exactly the way we expected it!
We stayed in the Bungalow for a week while visiting our daughter and son-in-law. It was a perfect fit for my husband and I. The bungalow was very clean, the kitchen well supplied, and just a very cute efficient floor plan for 2 people. When returning to Bozeman for more than a day or two, I will definitely contact Marty again before looking elsewhere.
Valley West Subdivision is one of Bozeman's newest neighborhoods It’s many parks, sport fields and playgrounds promote community togetherness, while a lakeside pavilion serves as an ideal venue for family and neighborhood gatherings. At the center of the development is Meyers Lake, a 5-acre man-made lake offering scenic views and community recreation. Stocked with Westslope Cutthroat Trout, a species of trout indigenous to Montana, the lake is ideal for recreational catch-and-release fishing.
