Welcome to my beautiful apartment in San Francisco. You will be staying in the heart of SF's iconic North Beach neighborhood with stunning views of our city's favorite landmarks. Everything you need just steps away!!! This is a completely renovated unit with modern design and new high-end appliances, bedding and custom furniture. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with clawfoot tub, double sinks and bidet toilet. The front room includes a Murphy queen bed, double custom window seats and a pullout couch. This front room can be locked from the inside and includes a closet, making it a functional second room. The modern hallway bathroom includes body sprayers, a waterfall, rain or regular shower head and a separate bidet toilet. You will also find a brand new washer and dryer in the hallway leading to the Chef's kitchen. This kitchen has a beautiful Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, double oven, deep commercial sink with sprayer, cold or hot (190 degree) filtered water, microwave , Keurig coffeemaker and dishwasher. The dining room attached to the kitchen has custom furniture that can seat up to 12 people. All new dishware, cookware, silverware and barware included. Exit the back door and up the stairs to check out the views of the Coit Tower and the Transamerica building from your private rooftop deck with custom furniture and a heat lamp.

Please note: This penthouse is located on the third floor of a three story building, the bottom floor being a bar in the middle of a bustling neighborhood. The front room is susceptible to street noise. Parking lots and structures are available in the neighborhood fee per day.

I grew up in San Francisco and my Father and Grandfather grew up in the neighborhood where I now own this apartment and the bar downstairs. This neighborhood is near and dear to my family, which is why I didn't skimp when remodeling this amazing unit from the floorboards up. Why Paul Marino chose North Beach

Although I live on the other side of the city, I visit North Beach multiple times per week. Being of Sicilian decent, I love visiting the family owned Italian restaurants, cafes and delis. North Beach has an energy unlike any other neighborhood in this city, is extremely walkable and is close to the FiDi as well for those on work travel.
