Enjoyed our 60th Birthday Celebration at this cute charm
We had four of us ladies we all had our own bed. One room has two full size beds in it. We were expecting two twin beds. We were also Ok with two full baths. This home was very clean and comfortable. One of the ladies had left her necklace the owner was able to track it down and kindly mail it back to her.
We had an amazing time. The house is so cute and a great location. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.
Great house. Fantastic location
Wonderful property just a short walk from all the shops and wineries on Main. Would definitely stay here again.
Cute house, great location and awesome backyard
Great little house not far from Main Street. Totally renovated and the backyard was perfect for hanging out in front of the fire.
Wonderful House! Great Location!
We stayed here for a girls weekend getaway and had the best time! The house was amazing! It had everything we needed and was decorated so cute! Everyone commented on how comfy the beds were. The location was awesome! It was a short walk to Main Street. Brad was very accommodating and even checked in during our stay. I will definitely look to book here for our next trip to Fredericksburg.
There is plenty of area information in the house to plan your stay. Wineries are close by - and there are plenty of shuttle services to take you around safely. Main street is a short 2 block walk; Enjoy the shops and restaurants; Playground at the Marketplatz (center of town); and city pool is literally 3 houses down the street (head east on Travis - directly across from Junior High School.)
About Brad Wilson
My wife, Channing, and I purchased this house in January 2016. We love the Texas Hill Country and Fredericksburg is a special place for us. We love the area, got married there, and bought this little house as a way for us to include and invite friends and family to enjoy a small part of our life. We hope you enjoy it as well.

Why Brad Wilson chose Fredericksburg
We love the location and that you are walking distance to so many fun places in town. There's a lot to do in Fredericksburg, and part of the fun is venturing out and finding some cool spots. We like finding our personal favorites - new and old - and having a fun place to come back to after a day exploring
What makes this House unique
We think this house makes a great home base for time in Fredericksburg. You have plenty of room for friends and family without having to cover too much ground. We love the front porch and rear patio for morning / evening breaks - and we feel the kitchen and living area provide a welcome break from a busy day or evening.
