Sea Winds Condo #902
My husband and I stayed in this condo the first week of April 2017. The condo was exactly as advertised and right on the beach! The bathrooms were recently updated and they are beautiful! The Seawinds is on the south side of the beach which after walking the entire beach many times we feel is the best part to be on. The condo was very clean when we arrived and had everything we would need along with a storage closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards. We never used the pool or hot tub but they both appeared to be very nice. There is good security and friendly staff. I looked at many many condos before deciding to rent this one and I am glad we did! It was a reasonable price compared to the others and just as nice and the owner John was very nice to work with. This condo is very comfortable & well furnished & is located in our favorite part of Marco Island. We enjoyed the beautiful beach & gorgeous scenery from our balcony. The owner is very accommodating & always just a phone call away. The building is in good condition with a friendly staff, easy parking & excellent security. We highly recommend this rental. Great view and beach, a couple of issues were addressed
The view and beach are great, and the owner supplies beach chairs, umbrellas, etc, which make it easy to enjoy the beach. The condo is perfectly adequate, well supplied. The two bathrooms are newly redone and great, while the kitchen is a bit worn looking (which is admittedly not important). We would have like a bit more space in the living area -- there was just room to walk by the seating to get to the balcony. I reported to the owner that two light bulbs were out and they were replaced quickly. There was a problem with strong mustiness coming from the two bedroom dressers. The owner had not been aware of this. I was able to air the drawers on the balcony, making the room usable but not the dressers. This is my personal pet peeve, but I would have liked smoother (higher quality) sheets that were NOT perfumed with fabric softener/scent. Overall, the owner was very pleasant and communicative. The transaction was smooth.
This unit had been freshly painted and decorated, including new living room furniture, major bathroom renovation, new water heater, new dishwasher and new washer/dryer just over one year prior to guests arrival. This unit has always been meticulously maintained, and the highest quality service provided to all guests. The owner has never received any complaints regarding a "musty odor", ever, from any prior guests. In addition, these guests had also contacted the owner regarding the beach sand being "too firm", and having difficulty inserting a beach umbrella post.
Sea Winds is conveniently located within close proximity (approximately less than 1 mile) from bars, restaurants, cinema, nail/hair spa, etc. Sail boats, jet skis rentals available on the beachfront. Tennis courts on site.
In addition, fishing, shelling, etc. excursions available at nearby marinas. Golfing, Everglades excursions, kayak rentals, etc. within convenient driving distance.
Visit historic Old Marco and Naples.

Sea Winds Condominium Homeowners Association requires a $25.00 parking fee to be made at the main office check-in desk at time of arrival. A parking pass will be issued, and is valid for one year as of time of purchase. No long-term rentals (more than two weeks). Pricing, as stated, is fixed. Check-in, no earlier than 03:00 pm; check-out, no later than 10:00 am. RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. However, exceptions will be made, at discretion of homeowner, for unforeseen hardship circumstances. Early departure does not warrant any refund of unused rent. The rental agreement, sent to guest upon reservation booking, provides additional detailed information.
