This is a Modern, fresh, and clean Waterfront Condo Retreat in the heart of Islamorada in the Florida Keys near Mile Marker 88 featuring breath taking views from the pool deck and docks of the Gulf of Mexico. Local shops, arts/crafts, restaurants, cafes, and places to visit are all very close.

We invite you to relax, put your feet up, and stay in our recently updated studio condo unit. New full size stainless steel appliances (range, stove, microwave, refrigerator). New large porcelain tiles located thru entire unit. Bathroom has also been recently remodeled with large "step in" shower. Just installed are new insulated, tinted, impact resistant sliding doors to reduce noise, temperature, and glare.

The unit can comfortably sleep up to 3 or 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Maximum capacity is 4. There is a comfortable queen Murphy bed and a full size futon, along with air mattress. Unit will feature private password protected WiFi to enjoy inside your condo or anywhere on the property.

Pool deck is being updated very soon with new patio furniture this summer. For your added safety, there is a well lighted parking lot, coded security entrance gate, completely secured and safe building and laundry facilities. There is plenty of parking at no additional fee or hidden fees. Located in the center of Islamorada, you are located close to Founders Park (sandy ocean floor) with all its amenities and services. Lots of great local shopping and places to eat locally caught seafood!!!

Close to John Penne Kamp Coral Reef State Park, Lignumvita Key State Park, and Windley Key State Park. Close to Theater by the sea, History of Diving Museum, The Rain Barrel Artisan Village, Anne's Beach, and Founder's Park. If you want to fish on a party or drift boat the crews are waiting for you at Robbie's on the Captain Michael at a great value! The Lady Marathon, Miss Islamorada, and the Sailor's Choice provide great drift boat trips at a good price.

Disclosures:

This is a studio condo. If you need a completely separate bedroom, this may not be the right fit for you! But, please take a look!!! You will be pleasantly surprised. This is a newly refreshed unit, new on the market. The actual unit does not directly face the ocean but it does have a balcony with NEW sliders that face the front of the complex. The back of the building is directly on the water which includes the walkways, Pool decks, and Beach area.

Hurricane refund policy: If a hurricane warning for Islamorada is issued during a stay and the renter must leave, a prorated refund with 30 days, based on remaining nights minus the cleaning fee. If just prior to arrival a hurricane warning for Islamorada occurs, a full refund within thirty days will also apply.

This is a non-smoking building and condo. This is a nice and friendly building. The owners are all very nice. The condo association continuously improves and updates the facility especially since it is directly on the water.
