Classic southern bungalow in wonderful Inman Park. Light, airy, charming.
About Samara Minkin
We are a New York family who have recently returned home to Atlanta. I work in the art world, my husband is a former Newsweek journalist-turned angel-investor. He works with tech start ups. Fine art photography and American crafts are hanging throughout the house, as are shelves filled with books on art and politics and history -- all from our days in the New York worlds of art and political journalism.

Why Samara Minkin chose Inman Park
We chose to relocate to Inman Park because of the close-knit neighborhood feel. We walk 5 minutes towards Inman Quarter and enter a West Village-like nexus of restaurants and juice bars and charming shops. Walk 5 minutes towards Little 5 Points and it's an East Village-like nexus of bars and pizza joints and tattoo parlors. Our home is situated along the Freedom Path, and it's also just 5 minutes to the BeltLine -- and then just another few minutes to Krog Street Market, Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park and beyond. Our central location is close to the Botanical Gardens, the High Museum, downtown, the West Side and the airport.
What makes this Bungalow unique
Our house is easy to be in. The kitchen is wonderful, the family room is comfortable. The back porch feels like an aviary with all the birds chirping. Best of all, our house stays very very cool year round. A big perk in summertime!
