Hi, my name is Melva Cavazos-Deason. I was born and raised in McAllen, Texas and my home is in McAllen. I have three grown children and six grandchildren. I have owned this property since 1995 and I had an old RV trailer with a gazebo and swing. I made a business decision last year to build a new home so I could enjoy my retirement years. I only rent the main unit upstairs. I do have the bottom unit available for my use when I need to visit for the day/night.

We have never been in Port Isabel before and our whole experience was totally wonderful. From our beautiful accommodations to the serenity of our deck we truly loved it!!! The Long Island Villages have so much to offer and the people are very friendly. Our plans are to return next year & the years to come. Thank you Melva for sharing your awesome home with us!!

The property was inviting and cozy. It exceeded our expectations. It made our stay in Port Isabel very enjoyable.

Property is ideally located across the street from all the facilities, including pools, tennis courts, golf course, clubhouse and more. It is also adjacent to the bath house w/showers and restrooms.

We are not responsible for any injuries or damages. At least one adult has to be 25 years or older. NO SMOKING. Before entering the resort, you will be asked for a copy of drivers license and vehicle insurance. Administrator fee ($20) and Parking fee ($5) will be due at the time of arrival and paid at the Welcome Center. Swimming Pool wristbands can be purchased at the Welcome Center for $5 each. We will meet in person on first book day. Any payment by Guest is subject to a right of chargeback if paid by credit or debit card or reversal of an ACH transaction. In the event of a chargeback or reversal of any pyment by a Guest, we will automatically deduct such amount plus any fees associated with the chargeback or reversal from you deposit. All credit/debit card transactions will incur a 3%, of transaction amount, processing fee that will be deducted from deposit. International cards incur an additional 2%,of transaction amount, surcharge. Looking for longterm winter Texans for the months of October 2016 through April 2017.
