This beach cottage is perfectly located between Sunset Cliffs Nature Park and the Town of Ocean Beach. Both are walking distance from the cottage. If you want nature just walk south. If you feel like hitting the town then walk North. So close to Sea World, The Zoo, and The Birch Aquarium.

The grounds are filled with lush tropical plants and a side grassy yard, as well as an extremely private patio with wonderful Jacuzzi tub, fire pit, BBQ, picnic table, beach cruiser bikes, and plenty of beach toys.

Great Outdoor-themed place in Funky Ocean Beach
Perfect size for a family of two with an overwhelming amount of outdoor space. The spa, firepit, playplace for the children and front porch were where we spent all of our time.
Walking distance to the Sunset Cliffs, coffee shops, and a pizza shop made it accessible but it was quiet with little traffic.
A single, smaller bathroom was a little challenged for a full family but totally workable.
The owners and management team were helpful, cooperative, and nice people.
This is a great property that we would recommend and would stay at again.
Lots of extras
This house is cute, and has a lot of nice outdoor space. The owners do a good job of having lots of extras in the house - sunscreen, hair dryer, napkins, chairs, sand toys, etc. That was a nice extra touch. Our only downside is that the house itself is only 900 square feet - a bit small for our five person family. Lisa was a very good owner with lots of communication.
We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. This cottage has about 900 square feetof outdoor living space which gives the guest about 1,800 sq ft of indoor out door space, including 2 outdoor seating and lounge areas , pic nic table, and side yard for children to kick a ball. All in all, if the weather permits there is a lot of space if you combine the two areas. You cant beat the price and the location!
Our family had a wonderful time staying at this cottage. Very kid friendly. Quiet community. Loved the access to the private beach and close proximity to ocean beach.
This property is located just 1 block from secluded Bermuda Beach, Sunset Cliffs, and the quaint Seaside Town of Ocean Beach, which all offer some of southern California's best surf spots and a walkers delight. This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and conveniently within one block of an espresso bar, liquor and wine convenience store, pizza shop, gas station, salons, and casual health conscious beach cafe serving smoothies, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stroll down to the natural footpath found along the water's edge that will take you to tide pools full of sea life, the OB Pier, and the sandy shores of Ocean Beach...all within 10 minutes by foot. Along the main street of Ocean Beach, called Newport Avenue, you will find surf shops, Chrystal Healers, Massage, Manicures, Clothing Stores, Organic Food Restaurants, Juice Bars, Burger joints, Lively Pubs and Dance Music scene. There is something for everyone!
If you decide to leave the town of Ocean Beach, there are plenty of exciting attractions within minutes. Sea World (5 minutes) and the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park Museums, and Little Italy, which are all approximately 15 minutes away. The Mission Beach Roller Coaster at Belmont Park is about 10 minutes away and a must see if traveling with kids.

Each violation carries a minimum $500.00 fine per occurrence and/or immediate termination of occupancy with no refunds. See Section 3 and 13 for details.
