About Robin & Yu-Ting Borton
We live in Marlow on the Thames and whereas we love where we live we also love Brixham and eventually bought a holiday home there which we use ourselves as much as possible. This is our first year of renting a holiday home and we have tried very hard to make Bay Watch as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and we hope you love Bay Watch and Brixham as much as we do
Robin & Yu-Ting Borton purchased this House in 2018
Why Robin & Yu-Ting Borton chose Brixham
We have refurbished this house to the highest of standards, the views are to die for and Bay Watch is so convenient directly above the Marina and walking distance to the town and harbour and of course there is sheltered parking.
What makes this House unique
Fantastic views from two bedrooms and the sitting room. Three balconies overlooking the sea. A very quiet excellent location. Hope you like the house name it took three dinner parties and hours of discussion before we decided upon Bay Watch

Longest journey from London took 7 hours and arrived in the dark. But when we woke in the morning to a beautiful sunny day and spectacular views of the BAY for our Nieces wedding at the Berry Head Hotel just a short 10 minutes up the road it was wonderful. There were 6 of us and were comfortably accommodated in this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Lovely middle kitchen dining and living area with all the requirements for our long weekend break. Steps giving direct access down to the breakwater were a bonus where there is a lovely cafe/restaurant with music on the breakwater for the Brixfest weekend. Will definitely visit again a great location
The apartment was roomy and very comfortable and the harbor from each story scenic. If you have issues with your knees or stairs, beware. The streets are very narrow and many one-ways, therefor 'a maze' for us. Make sure you get the address right.....we found Heath Road easily enough, but 13 was an apartment number not a house location. Having U.S. phones we were unable to contact Robin or access the inter-net to contact him for assistance.
Our family loved Brixham and the location was great as we were able to walk to shopping and harbor areas.
Thanks Robin for sharing.
Hodges at Bay Watch

This was a lovely holiday. The accommodation is spacious and well equipped. The views of Brixham Bay are fantastic. There are plenty of nice walks nearby and Brixham is great for a variety of shops .
We were really pleased to stay in such nice accommodation and hopefully will return sometime.
The kitchen is well equipped and all bedrooms spacious and tidy.
We loved it here
