The house sits on a quiet residential street of the Licton Springs neighborhood. Here are a few things that are nearby:
- 1 minute walk, Licton Springs Park with playground.
- 4 minute walk to North Seattle College (served by many bus routes).
- 5 minute walk to Oak Tree Village with a movie theater, Starbucks, Asian grocery and a few places to eat.
- 7 minute walk, Mineral Springs Park with disc golf course.
- 8 minute walk, King Country Metro bus E-line (~21 minute ride to Space Needle).
Just beyond walking distance:
- 1 mile to the south, Green Lake is 1 mile to the south, where you can find tennis courts, basketball courts, swimming areas, and a walk/bike/skate trail. Our neighborhood also has two smaller but equally lovely trail parks: Licton Springs Park (w/playground) and Mineral Springs Park (w/disc golf couse).
- 1 mile to the northeast, Northgate Shopping Mall and a variety of other retail outlets.
The house is located in an area very well-served by King County Metro with many bus routes a short walk away. For instance, the house is within an 8 minute walk from the "Rapid Ride" E-line which takes riders downtown in approximately 21 minutes.

Very clean. All amenities! Nice location. Central - Close to many areas.
Great house, great neighborhood, would stay here again!
This house is simple, clean and well equipped with comfortable sleeping and living arrangement. Kitchen had everything we needed. Dedicated parking out back was a plus! We'll stay here again when 3 bedrooms are necessary. Elliot was very responsive with great instructions about everything in the house. Thanks for a great stay!
Great place for a family stay
House was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We stayed here for Thanksgiving while visiting family in town. We’re a young family of four and had more than enough room. Getting everyone up and going for the day, it was a huge plus that this home has two bathrooms as many neighborhood homes in Seattle have only one. We also baked a few things and found everything we needed. There are some fun board games that our kids enjoyed in the evenings. Overall the most important things of clean, no issues getting in and out, feeling safe, reasonable check out process and reasonable fees were all on point for me here. Will definitely stay again.
Very well equipped, neat & clean, great location!
This home is really well equipped & generously supplied. Beds very comfy, lovely crisp, clean linens & plenty of thick soft towels. Internet & entertainment system were excellent. Parking for 2 cars was great. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around & convenient to pop back & forth to UW Campus, with easy access to I-5 to get to all fun activities downtown. All home equipment seems brand new & worked perfectly - laundry, kitchen appliances, hot water, heat, absolutely no problems. Elliott provided excellent information & instructions and was very responsive to all of our inquiries. We would definitely choose to stay here again and would recommend it highly! Thank you for a wonderful home away from home experience.
Perfect place and a responsive owner
The house was extremely clean and the three bedrooms and two bathrooms were the right combination for our mix of two grandparents, two parents and two young grandkids. We really appreciated the size of the house and access to Netflix and Amazon Prime when our kids (both toddlers) came down with strep throat and we ended up staying inside all four days we were there. That would have been murder in a hotel or a tiny rental. This house was large enough and well appointed so that we didn't get cabin fever . The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful. We'll be back
Great House! Charming!
Great house in a perfect location for us. Only complaint was the internet did not work. I rebooted it per the instructions - it worked for 5 minutes then it went down again.
I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! I apologize that you experienced issues with the Internet -- routers and modems can be fussy sometimes. Next time, please feel free to reach out if you experience any Internet issues. I'd be happy to stop by to resolve it for you! I usually have to fix the Internet about once per year and it typically takes 5-10 minutes to fix. On other rare occasions, there might be a Comcast outage in the neighborhood.
Thank you for your booking!
