3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Home On Dead End Street 1/2 Mile From Little 5 Points
This charming home is located on a quiet dead end street. It overlooks a green space that will make you feel like you are in the country but you are less than a mile from Little 5 Points and less than two miles from Virginia Highlands and Inman Park. The houses are beautiful and the neighbors are friendly! We own two other larger houses but this one is our favorite!! 4th of July is SPECIAL on this street!! The neighbors put on a fireworks show in the field right behind our house! The screened in back porch is so relaxing and filled with the sound of so many birds chirping and even owls! If you are travelling with kids I will leave you lots of fun toys for them to play with. Though it is a street and they must be watched, the kids rid their bikes and scooters down the street just like the good old days!
The house is beautiful and comfortable! I bought new furniture for this house is April 2016. There is a Jacuzzi tub in one of the two full bathrooms upstairs. There are TV's in two of the bedrooms and a 55 inch TV downstairs. We have premium cable with HBO, Showtime and the NFL package. The front porch has two comfy padded rocking chairs. I have done my best to make this house beautiful, functional and comfortable. The beds all have lightweight down comforters. If anyone has an allergy to down I can replace it on request. Feel free to contact me with any questions. As I write this I have not had any reviews on THIS rental but please look at my other rentals, the reviews will show my dedication the provide the best vacation experience that I can!
There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs.

What makes this House unique
The house is close to everything that Atlanta has to offer. It is only 1/2 mile and easily walkable to MARTA (train) and Little 5 Points (restaurant / shopping / bar district). The house is located on a quiet dead end street.

This property is exceptional! Exactly as advertised so you can rent with confidence. Very good communication, well maintained and decorated, plenty of space for us and our dogs. The fenced in backyard was perfect and felt very private. The screened in porch was our favorite place to snuggle in and listen to the birds while enjoying a cup of coffee. So very nice and peaceful. We had a wonderful week, the kitchen had everything we needed, including a Keurig! I can’t write a review without mentioning the comfy bed and linens. Sooo relaxing!! Nancy was so kind and responsive we really appreciated her hospitality. Hope to stay again sometime soon.
Such a great house - we had a lovely time
The house is elegant and comfortable, both very functional (with a well set up kitchen) and very nicely decorated. The yard is fabulous as well. Ms. Daly made our visit so pleasant and easy, and we look forward to the next time we can visit and stay at the house! Location is also fabulous, easy walk to restaurants at little five points, and a short drive to downtown.
As Advertised :)
The way this place is marketed is exactly what you get which was very important. No bold claims that aren't met. The place was immaculate when we arrived. Fresh linens and towels were available. Nancy was very engaging prior to our arrival to ensure we knew how to get in and that we had everything we needed. She would check in with us and make sure we didn't have an issues. If I had any questions, I typically got an answer within an hour or less. The area was nice because it was secluded a bit so if you want something quiet this was definitely the right place. We went down during the College National Championship game and the NFL Playoffs so you can imagine how busy Atlanta was. The place is within walking distance of some local bars. I figured it to be a more relaxed area than the more mainstream bars and chain restaurants in the downtown ATL area. That comes down to personal preference though, but our group enjoyed the low key, chill bar areas. The location is great too because you are no more than a 15 min Uber/Lyft ride away from Downtown ATL, North Highland areas. Buckhead might be a little bit further by 5 more minutes but it's also more of the college hang out/younger crowd so again it's a matter of preference. The rates for cabs are reasonable so we didn't even have to rent a car and probably paid less than if we actually rented an SUV for the 6 of us. The beds are legit, IE you have a king and 2 Queens. We had some people who didn't want to share beds so they slept on the couch but those too were VERY comfortable. We didn't do any cooking but if you needed/wanted to the kitchen had the essentials. The washer and dryer are nice as well if you had to do laundry. Truthfully if someone had a negative review of this place it would probably be over something petty or first world problem. If you have Ritz Cartlon standard perhaps you'll find a crumb in the corner of the kitchen that offends you but if you're just looking for a solid quality place to stay, you will not go wrong with this place. If i'm wrong, please respond back to my review and let me know what I missed.
We felt so pampered and comfortable in this beautiful home! The beds/showers/kitchen are great. The owners are always available and take care of potential problems before they become problems. They are attentive to every detail and added personal touches to our stay that made our Christmas homey and special! Everyone in my family loves this home!
Nice house on a quiet street.
The house is in a great location, especially if you have children. Nancy is wonderful!
We stayed here for a week with 3 adults and 3 kids. This house is so comfortable and well appointed. The beds are comfy and the kids enjoyed the zip line and trampoline in the back yard. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood that's centrally located in Candler Park. It's close to Decatur and has easy access to all the fun areas of Atlanta. 10 minutes away from Agnes Scott College. The owner was super helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate us. One of the kids forgot his new tennis shoes and she mailed them to us! We will stay again next time we are in the area.
