This is unit 210 at the ever popular Easter Shores Condominium! Azul is a one bedroom/two bathroom condo with twin bunk beds designed to accommodate 4 people comfortably. We are a corner unit on the second floor, facing the ocean. The Eastern Shores building is located on a private stretch of sand on a dead-end street.
Owned and operated by Atlanta Architect and Interior Designer, Ili Hidalgo-Nilsson, AZUL is also her family vacation home. As such, each space has been carefully renovated to reflect her family's needs and has been tastefully appointed with relaxation and comfort as the primary objective. Right away you will find beautiful materials and inviting furnishings that provide the perfect backdrop for you to sink in and enjoy the ideal beach vacation.
Azul is the only condo in the building that can boast a true, thorough renovation with all new systems, all new products, all new furnishings, a true private bunk niche, and 2 complete bathrooms.

The beach has always been a restorative destination for me. After many years of traveling to 30A for vacation and for work, I finally took the plunge and purchased this little bit of paradise on Earth!

Beachfront, beachfront and beachfront....and of course, the many fun things to do all along 30A. The condo is in the heart of Seagrove which sits right between SEASIDE and ROSEMARY, but it is just enough off-the-beaten path to make you feel like you are in your own private stretch of sandy paradise.
Water all around you. The ocean and Eastern Lake are at your feet. Watch the sunset, watch the dolphins, sip your coffee, drink your wine...all in the company of crystal waters, white sands, and refreshing breezes.
Azul is the perfect getaway. Communication with the owner was timely and helpful. The condo is wonderfully decorated, very clean, well-equipped, ideally located, and cozy.
This was our second time renting this beautiful condo. We love everything about it. It is decorated so tastefully and the owner has thought of every detail. It looks like something out of a magazine!!!
The location is great and the view can't be beat.

AZUL was absolutely stunning! It was beautifully furnished with an incredible view right over the Gulf. The beach itself was steps away with plenty of beach area to lounge around all day. You will have chairs and umbrellas provided on the balcony of the condo (came in handy!). The location is situated right in the middle of 30A and provides quick access to Seaside, Grayton Beach, Rosemary, etc. My wife and I are already planning another trip later in the year and hope to come back here!

The location is perfect and the unit has everything we could have wanted. We will definitely go back. We have been looking for the perfect unit near the inlet to Eastern Lake for several years. Finally, we found it. The decor is beautiful and functional. In all my years of traveling, I have never stayed in such a clean rental. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
Absolutely no downside with this condo. It has most everything you need. It's beautifully decorated and very quiet. The attention to detail is unmatched with this condo. ILi is the best! She's very attentive to our needs and checks with us during our stay to ensure we have everything we need. We will 100% stay here again!!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- All rates are subject to 6% Florida state tax and a 5.5% South Walton County tax and a $125 cleaning fee. Monthly rentals have a $250 cleaning fee.
- VRBO/HomeAway fees are in addition to the published rates.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the full balance is due 30 days before arrival date.
- All reservations must be confirmed by Azul’s management at least 7 days prior to arrival date.
-Cancellations 60 days prior are fully refundable; 59 to 30 days prior are 50% refundable; 29 days or less are not refundable.
HOUSE RULES:
-ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or DRUGS.
-Min. age to rent is 25 and must be full-time occupant during stay.
- NO PARTIES
- Sorry, Pets not allowed.
- Strict maximum occupancy of 6 guests.
- Adults and children ages 12+ only.
- Help us keep things clean. Please rinse any sand off yourself and the beach chairs at the outdoor shower before entering the unit.
- Remove all perishables in the refrigerator, freezer, pantry, and trash upon check-out.
- DO NOT clean and de-scale fresh fish inside the unit.
- Please be aware of the water warning flags.
- Refrain from using flashlights at the beach during turtle nesting season.
- Keep windows and doors closed while the AC is running or the coils will freeze and you will incur an automatic $250 charge for repairs.
