About Cami

We are not a huge company that will treat you like a number. We are a small, family-run business and we take pride in our guest's comfort and satisfaction. We will try everything within reason to make our guests feel like they are at home in our vacation rentals. Our listings are up-front and honest, and we have no hidden fees whatsoever (this is rare in our industry). We have an abnormally-high amount of return guests, which is a testament to how well we take care of our homes and our customers. If anything about your stay isn't exactly as you want it, we're available 24 hours a day and we live nearby.

Why Cami chose Capitol Hill

We bought it because of its proximity to the mountains, downtown Salt Lake City, the major ski resorts, and the Convention Center.

What makes this house unique

Located just north of the downtown, with several unique, boutique-style restaurants and shops. Extremely close to the middle of downtown with lots of public transportation.

Cutest Little Cottage...minor details missing

  • 4 of 5

This is my first time using or anything like it and I was quite nervous based on what others were saying that were at the same conference we were at, but this place was the cutest ever! It's an adorable little place, was clean and well kept. It is walking distance from the Salt Palace, but a LONG walk. We did it a few days, but had to drive and park the last day and for a special formal night (No way I was walking that far in a fancy dress).

It says space for 7 adults, but I'm not sure that would be very fun and would get crowded. We had 5 adults and we felt that was plenty for the space that we had. The stairs to the upstairs are so fun, but made for carrying my luggage up/down the stairs interesting.

There were some small things that we thought should have been better based on the price of the house, like more towels and wash cloths, there wasn't any laundry soap (luckily I brought my own), no tissue boxes anywhere, we weren't sure on the parking situation (we just parked on the opposite side of the road), the a/c wouldn't stay where we wanted it (probably due to a setting the owners had set) and we kept having to reset it (I have the same program in my house, so I knew what to do), the dishwasher makes funny sounds and some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty still, and there is only table/couch seating for 4 people.

I would also suggest an information binder for people who may be visiting Salt Lake City for the first time, include local restaurants, grocery stores, touristy type things, etc. I have been there before so I knew where to go, but others with me had never been to Salt Lake before. I feel it would just take the hospitality up a notch.

The views are spectacular at night too. The sunset over the hills is just beautiful.

I LOVE that this house has purple trim! Thank you so much and we definitely would rent this place again.

Everything was perfect

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here while visiting Salt Lake for the first time and we were happy with everything about the house. We liked the layout because it afforded us lots of extra space to spread out but it was also an open-air layout so we could hang out together when we wanted. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable and the bathroom was very large & spacious. The back yard was excellent and I wish we had had more time to enjoy it - maybe next trip!

Excellent Location

  • 5 of 5

When we arrived, we were greeted by the property manager James and were given the grand tour. He gave us lots of wonderful recommendations for restaurants and nearby attractions. Very lovely home with very modern and comfortable furniture. Extremely happy with everything about this stay. Highly recommended by all of us that stayed there.

Wonderful Home

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here while attending a convention at the Salt Palace and it was absolutely wonderful. It was very comfortable and roomy with a great layout for a large group. It was nicely renovated and the bedrooms were bigger than we expected for such an old house. Easy walking distance to the convention center. The property managers were extremely professional and cordial. Easily five stars!
