Ground floor has bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Kitchen with e.g. dish washer, fridge-freezer, cooker and exit to the terrace. 1st floor has another bathroom with shower, a living room with stereo set with CD player, DVD player, TV and double sofa bed and a bedroom. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
