Bring your boat, or a bike, or your favorite book and come enjoy all that Northern Michigan has to offer at our cottage. Nestled in the heart of Topinabee among quaint lake cottages, you will find The North Central State Trail (named one of the best “Rails to Trails” destinations in the United States) outside your front door and the shore of Mullet Lake (one of Michigan's largest lakes) outside your back door . Here, you can enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, and biking. We’re right on the Inland Waterway (48 continuous miles of boating), a short drive to the Straits of Mackinac, Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island, and we’re down the road from Indian River and Burt Lake and Aloha State Parks.
The cottage is a shotgun style so close to the shore that you almost feel as though you're on a boat. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom has a full sized bed. Parking is limited (one car can park at cottage and any others will be directed to off-site parking), and as you can see, the accommodations are cozy. The house is best suited for 4 people. The house has a small dock, but the public beach is also close and has excellent swimming and a great playground. The day trips you can take from the Inn are endless, but if you don't want to drive anywhere you can walk to the beach, The Breakers Bar and Grill, Cafe Noka, or to the library. A great vacation spot for all ages!
