GAME REQUESTS - While we love football it is very important to understand that this home is in a residential area and cannot be used as a "base camp" for your football trip. Families and responsible adults are welcome but please understand the minimum age of the primary renter for all game day weekends must be 30 years old.

Why stay downtown for high costs and no frills? This home is only a 10-15 minute drive to the convention center, downtown Knoxville, Worlds Fair Park, and so many more attractions. This home is also only a 25 minute drive from Norris lake which is one of the cleanest lakes in the country to swim in!
This all brick home is located in a very nice quiet upscale subdivision in one of the nicest areas of Knoxville. The property has an abundance of features including over an acre of land with privacy all around. When you walk into the home you are greeted by a huge foyer that spans all the way to the second floor showing a very open and inviting home.
The downstairs area features a living room with fireplace (wood burning), a media room with a 55” HD television, perfect for entertaining the family. The kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and convection microwave oven. The dining room features a beautiful table with seating for 8 with a very nice luxurious ambiance.
There are 2 sets of stairs to this property. The first set of stairs off of the kitchen leads up to a huge 600sqft bonus room that doubles as the 4th bedroom that has a 72” HD television, workout area, toys/games, and even a kids playset. Plenty of board games to keep the entire group occupied for those days not around town. In this room there is also a bunk bed and a fold out sofa is also in this room, A queen size large airmatress is available upon request. This brings total potential sleeping occupancy between 4-6 guests.
The remainder of the upstairs features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features an oversized king poster bed, beautiful wood furnishings, and a 42” flat screen TV. The master also has a separate sitting room with a love seat and coffee table that overlooks an absolutely amazing view of the Smokey Mountain ranges (on a clear day there is an approximate 25 mile view!). This will be your favorite spot of the house relaxing looking at the mountains.
The other 2 bedrooms feature a queen size bed in one room and a bunk bed in the other. The bunk features a full on the bottom with a single on top.
If all of these amazing features was not enough, the back yard will be a tranquil place for you to call home as well, There are several outdoor sitting areas. Up at the top of the property is a kids play area with 2 swings, fort, and a slide. On the paved patio features an outdoor fireplace perfect for those nice cool Knoxville nights. There is also an oversized grill that features both propane and charcoal sides.
RESIDENTIAL DISCLAIMER! As I mentioned above, this home is not in a cookie cutter rental district. This in an affluent neighborhood with mostly full time homeowners so we have to be very respectful of their homes. I am looking to cater to the family who is tired of basic hotels at high costs and to very responsible adults that will treat my home as if it was your own.
Please note that when we are in Knoxville, this is our home (when not rented so there are several “owner areas” that guests do not have access to. The closet in the master bedroom serves as an owners closet. There is a large armoire in the sitting area that has plenty of room to hang up your clothes. There is also a large dresser for your luggage. The garage is reserved as an owners area and remains locked. There is plenty of parking for at least 4+ cars in the driveway. If you are staying in our property during potential snow months and snow/ice is possible, we will move the picnic tables out of the pavilion so you can utilize this space as a carport to keep snow/ice off of your vehicle. The closet under the stairway is an owner area which simply houses the routers, electronics to the entertainment center, and cleaning supplies.
