RESIDENTIAL DISCLAIMER! As I mentioned above, this home is not in a cookie cutter rental district. This in an affluent neighborhood with mostly full time homeowners so we have to be very respectful of their homes. I am looking to cater to the family who is tired of basic hotels at high costs and to very responsible adults that will treat my home as if it was your own.
Please note that when we are in Knoxville, this is our home (when not rented so there are several “owner areas” that guests do not have access to. The closet in the master bedroom serves as an owners closet. There is a large armoire in the sitting area that has plenty of room to hang up your clothes. There is also a large dresser for your luggage. The garage is reserved as an owners area and remains locked. There is plenty of parking for at least 4+ cars in the driveway. If you are staying in our property during potential snow months and snow/ice is possible, we will move the picnic tables out of the pavilion so you can utilize this space as a carport to keep snow/ice off of your vehicle. The closet under the stairway is an owner area which simply houses the routers, electronics to the entertainment center, and cleaning supplies.

Wonderful springtime get away! We all loved this beautiful house, with amazing views!
We were 3 adults with 4 the and we all loved this spacious, beautiful house with everything ready to go! Michael was very accessible and accomodating! The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, the view spactacular, and the closeness to Knoxville and the mountains was key! We only wish we had more time. Thanks for a wonderful spring break Michael and Jennifer!
Great stay in a Beautiful location
My family and I spent Thanksgiving at this property and it was fantastic. We really had a nice time. Mike and Jennifer were both extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a location with easy access to all that Knoxville has to offer you can't go wrong. When traveling back we will definitely give them a ring. Thanks for a great weekend!
The big house in a nice neighborhood
Mike and Jennifer were very accommodating. They made use feel like family. The house was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. They were concerned about our well being during our stay. Lovely house with all the bells and whistles. If we come back to Knoxville TN, we will call Mike and Jennifer to stay again.
Thanks for everything!!!!!!
Great place. The neighborhood is quiet and our granddaughter loved the swing set.
I would have given 5 stars if two of the bedrooms didn't have bunk beds. Our children are older and would prefer a regular bed. However, we enjoyed Knoxville and the Pigeon Forge area. This home was conveniently located for what we planned to see.
Good location, owner was very polite.
We had a great time in the house, and I believe that the price was very reasonable for what we received. This house is set up really great for children, they played and had a blast, while we relaxed. Location is also very central if you need to access the Gatlinburg area. After our cabin burned we rented here and it was only a 40-45 minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxed. The only thing that went wrong with our stay was that here, the blue garbage container is for regular trash and brown is for recycle (opposite color scheme of where I have lived in the south).
More than expected..
Five of us old friends gather twice a year, picking locations around the country to try. We almost always rent homes instead of hotel rooms for the convenience, room, comfort, and of course, savings. "Knoxville With A View" was perfect for our extended weekend visit with plenty of rooms, beds, and baths for our group. When you needed a place to retreat to, to read, call home, or be alone with your thoughts, you could always find one. The kitchen was adequately stocked although you personally may want to get other items, and the property was private but very easy to get into Knoxville, even in rush hour traffic. There were some minor maintenance issues that Michael addressed immediately and he was very helpful and courteous with arrival and departure instructions spelled out in detail. He arranged to meet us upon arrival, at our convenience, to introduce us to the nuances of the stay and property and then left us unbothered for the remainder of our visit. All-in-all a perfect host and a perfect location for our needs. We will be back. Thank you, Michael and Jennifer.
