About Lauren Kotlar

We are East Coasters who fell in love with Breckenridge at first sight. After several trips to Breck we knew we had to buy a home here. We both love any kind of outdoor activities and spend our summers rock climbing, hiking, and swimming. Growing up skiing on what many Coloradans would consider bunny hills, we were taken back our first time skiing in the Rockies. Since our first Rocky Mountain ski trip years ago, we have not only come to love Breckenridge in the winter but also in the summer! There is so much to do all year round!

Why Lauren Kotlar chose Warrior's Mark

We bought a property in Breckenridge because of the love we have for the town and also the mountain the surrounds the town. We found this property the day it was listed and knew we had to have it. It is the absolute perfect location, even our other friends who also own properties in Breckenridge agree that the location is amazing!

What makes this condo unique

We fell in love with the small but homey feel of the condo. The previous owners took such great care of it and the home really showed that. The setup and layout of the condo is perfect for spending quality time with a small group of friends or significant other.

Great location

Very clean, and great location! Only a short 25 min drive to keystone or 30 Minute drive to A-Basin if you want to hop around to different resorts.

Clean and comfortable

  • 3 of 5

Could not find a pool/hot tub area that was opened. If I would of known that I might of stayed somewhere else. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a 3 minute walk to a wedding venue where we attended a wedding. That was great. No dishwasher soap in condo.

Owner's Response: Joy, very sorry to hear about the pool/hot tub. I'm not sure why it would have been closed as we never received notice from our HOA. If we would have known, we would of for sure notified you ahead of time! Sorry again about the soap, we have taken steps with our cleaning team to prevent that from happening in the future! We were glad that the location was convenient for your wedding!

Cozy, warm & comfy

  • 4 of 5

This was a great place. Exactly as looked in photos. A short walk to the bottom of peak 9. Was a great place to come back to after a long day on the slopes. A quick walk to the hot tub areas was nice and the full kitchen to cook our own meals was so convenient. We had a great time here in Breckenridge.

Great Ski Vacation

  • 5 of 5

What a nice place! We came to Breckenridge to ski and we found the perfect spot to stay. 100 yards away from the nearest chair lift on peak 9 really helped us get on to the slopes and not waste any time. With all of the amenities we were able to easily make breakfast and ski back down for a quick lunch. The condo is also only a quick walk to the bars and restaurants in town. Before we got there I didn't know we had access to 4 hot tubs and a pool, that was definitely an added bonus! This is a cozy condo, certainly a 10 out of 10. I will be booking again for my next stay in Breckenridge. A+ customer service as well :)

Owner's Response: Thanks for the great review!! We love the ability to ski down for a quick lunch, as well (save 20 bucks on that resort chili, lol). We look forward to having you back again next year! Cheers!

Breckenridge is a small but beautiful town nestled right at the base of a magnificent mountain range. From downtown there is always a gorgeous mountain view as all buildings are no more than 2 stories high. There is a lot to do in Breckenridge. Fine dining, spas, shopping, festivals, and live music, are but a few of the activities to be enjoyed downtown. Whether it is summer, spring, winter, or fall, there are always activities to do in Breckenridge. Spring and summer make for excellent hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and whitewater rafting conditions. In the summer time, the ski slopes bloom with thousands of wild flowers and there are hiking trails right out our back door! In the winter, our ski in and ski out condo is perfect for those who like to spend as much time on the slopes as possible. There is much to be seen and had in Breckenridge, as well as activities for all ages. As a huge foodie, I must say, that you can't really go wrong with any of the choices. You can walk down main street and pick from any of the many options and you will love it. Breckenridge has a small town feel and everyone is so friendly. The mountain is so big that even during their busiest times of year, you will most likely find yourself as one of only a few visible people on any particular ski run. As a cautions skier around other people this is one of the biggest attractions for me in Breckenridge. I love that the slopes are so spread out you will only see a few fellow skiers on the slopes at a time. Around the lifts get busy but once you head down the slope, everyone disperses and its just you, your skies, and the magnificent mountain.

During your stay you will be given a parking permit. Please fill in your anme and effective dates for your stay for the pass to be valid. If the permit is lost or damaged you will be charged $50 for replacement.
