About Lauren Kotlar
We are East Coasters who fell in love with Breckenridge at first sight. After several trips to Breck we knew we had to buy a home here. We both love any kind of outdoor activities and spend our summers rock climbing, hiking, and swimming. Growing up skiing on what many Coloradans would consider bunny hills, we were taken back our first time skiing in the Rockies. Since our first Rocky Mountain ski trip years ago, we have not only come to love Breckenridge in the winter but also in the summer! There is so much to do all year round!
Lauren Kotlar purchased this Condo in 2016
Why Lauren Kotlar chose Warrior's Mark
We bought a property in Breckenridge because of the love we have for the town and also the mountain the surrounds the town. We found this property the day it was listed and knew we had to have it. It is the absolute perfect location, even our other friends who also own properties in Breckenridge agree that the location is amazing!
What makes this Condo unique
We fell in love with the small but homey feel of the condo. The previous owners took such great care of it and the home really showed that. The setup and layout of the condo is perfect for spending quality time with a small group of friends or significant other.

Clean and comfortable
Spacious for up to 4 people. Comfortable bed and sofas. Enough of closets and hooks for jackets. Close to the quicksilver lift.
Wished that there is a larger mat or another boot tray at front entrance to fit all boots and be under skis. The kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans and had basics; however, no peeler. These are not a deal breaker as price was great for the location.
We came for a spartan race on Breckenridge mtn. The property was a 5 min walk from peak 9 and 5 mins from downtown. Perfectly located. Also it was so clean and cozy! We had a great time. I hope next year to stay here again for our event.
Great condo for 2 in a great location
This is the second time we have been to this condo in the summer and it was another great experience. The location makes an easy walk to the mountains or to the shops and food on Main Street. Would recommend to anyone
We really enjoyed our stay!
The items we loved about this condo included the open floor plan, simple classic design, very comfortable and had all we needed, and the proximity to downtown. The only difficulty was getting the pull-out couch bed folded back up each morning, and the pool and hot tub are under renovation so were not available to use. We will definitely stay here again. Great place!
Great space and convenient location. 5 min or less walk to lift.
Very clean, and great location! Only a short 25 min drive to keystone or 30 Minute drive to A-Basin if you want to hop around to different resorts.
Breckenridge is a small but beautiful town nestled right at the base of a magnificent mountain range. From downtown there is always a gorgeous mountain view as all buildings are no more than 2 stories high. There is a lot to do in Breckenridge. Fine dining, spas, shopping, festivals, and live music, are but a few of the activities to be enjoyed downtown. Whether it is summer, spring, winter, or fall, there are always activities to do in Breckenridge. Spring and summer make for excellent hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and whitewater rafting conditions. In the summer time, the ski slopes bloom with thousands of wild flowers and there are hiking trails right out our back door! In the winter, our ski in and ski out condo is perfect for those who like to spend as much time on the slopes as possible. There is much to be seen and had in Breckenridge, as well as activities for all ages. As a huge foodie, I must say, that you can't really go wrong with any of the choices. You can walk down main street and pick from any of the many options and you will love it. Breckenridge has a small town feel and everyone is so friendly. The mountain is so big that even during their busiest times of year, you will most likely find yourself as one of only a few visible people on any particular ski run. As a cautions skier around other people this is one of the biggest attractions for me in Breckenridge. I love that the slopes are so spread out you will only see a few fellow skiers on the slopes at a time. Around the lifts get busy but once you head down the slope, everyone disperses and its just you, your skies, and the magnificent mountain.
During your stay you will be given a parking permit. Please fill in your anme and effective dates for your stay for the pass to be valid. If the permit is lost or damaged you will be charged $50 for replacement.
