The moment you drive up to our house you will know it is something different and special ! We are just a "stone’s throw" away from the Yacht Club, shopping, restaurants, beaches, activities, highways and marinas - but you will feel like you are way off the beaten path! The park-like back yard is quiet, peaceful, private and relaxing.
The yard offers an open space for bocce or badminton, croquet or corn hole - or just a friendly game of tag or a toss of a ball. (Some games, balls and toys are provided, or feel free to bring your own.) There are lots of areas to explore in this tree lined yard, or you can relax or read in the hammock - and then there is the pool ! We have a large above ground pool with lots of floats and noodles so you can cool off, exercise or play. The lower deck is at pool level - sit with a nice cool drink and watch the kids play! A french door in the dining room opens onto the upper deck with tables, chairs and umbrella. A 5 burner propane grill and cooking tools are provided.
The house is recently renovated providing an open and airy environment for fun and family. The large open kitchen has a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher, and is well stocked with anything you would need to prepare and serve a great meal or a snack - except the food!. The countertop bar seats up to 5 so you can chat while you cook. The dining room is open to the kitchen, and the table seats 6 when closed and up to 10 when opened. The comfortably furnished living room flows through from the dining room and is complete with a large screen TV - cable with premium channels and high speed internet provided. The bookcases contain lots of books and games for young and old.
Down the hall there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The spacious Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second large bedroom also has a queen sized bed, and is very bright and cheery. The third bedroom is a bit smaller, and has a day bed that easily converts into 2 twin beds - perfect for the kids! We also have 2 twin inflatable mattresses and a port-a-crib if you need more room for the little ones. The main bathroom has a full bathtub with a shower, and a washer and dryer. All Linens for bed and bath are provided. The house is cooled by Central Air, and there are ceiling fans in the Living Room and the Bedrooms
