One double bedroom to sleep 2 very comfortably in a beautiful rural setting.
Hi, My name is Rhian ... My family have recently moved to Cornwall, and we absolutely love this area. We came to stay at Rosewood Barn Cottage last Autumn and ended up buying it, Rosewood Barn (next door) and 4 acres of land. I live with my partner Steve, my two teenage children, and our dog Charlie. You'll be made very welcome here. The cottage is very comfortable, and there is so much to do and see around here, you'll have a wonderful holiday!
Owner purchased this Barn in 2018

A rural idle.
A perfect base for exploring cornwall. Excellent hosts, would recommend to any couple looking for a dog friendly retreat.
Lovely secluded comfortable accommodation
The space was ideal for our needs with more than adequate self=catering equipment, the bath is a plus- owners very welcoming and the local places to visit are stunning St Neot a magical village, moorland and valley walks Check out the cafe shop at Golitha for an unexpected and unusual refreshment spot
A brilliant secluded barn, fantastic in every way.
Lovely little cottage in beautiful surrounding.
We really enjoyed our stay in Rosewood Barn Cottage.
It is basic but very charming.
Rhian and Steve were very friendly and accommodating.
When we arrived there was wine, bread, coffee etc.
Thank you for that!
The area is beautiful.
The perfect location
Excellent stay Rhian could not have been more helpful we will be back
Exactly as advertised
We stayed for a week with our two border collies. The cottage was pleasant, fairly basic but everything we needed for a week away. Lovely welcome from Rhian. Very friendly and helpful. Flowers, cream tea and Prosecco were a treat. Also provided us with all the basics, milk, coffee, tea, bread, butter, cereals etc. which was much appreciated. Internet was an ongoing issue as we needed it for work, but also to check weather forecasts and find out about local attractions. It was very unreliable (although we did accidentally turn it off at one point while trying to get it working!). The cottage is only around 4 miles from the A30 so very convenient. Close to Jamaica Inn and not too far from Siblyback Lake which is a nice walk for the dogs and has a cafe. We also found Colliford Lake (two and a half miles from the cottage) a very convenient walk for the dogs in the evenings.
Padstow is 20 mins away, and other beautiful beaches on the North Coast. As this is the Atlantic Ocean, the beaches and scenery are fantastic. Sample Rick Stein's fish and chips on the harbour, and wander the pretty town ... also a fantastic wet fish shop, and boutique style shops. Mackerel fishing trips from Padstow (2 or 4 hour options) are great fun!
The South Coast (Fowey - beautifully quaint, and Looe are both worth a visit). For retail therapy Truro (40 mins) has great shops and, again, boutique options.
