Remodeled kitchen and baths. Everything updated and refreshed. All new mattresses. Great location on the main downriver canal. The corner lot allows for the 80' of waterfront and dock. This 4 bedroom 2 bath home with very large open living areas are great for those family vacations. The wall of windows overlooking the patio and canal are awesome.

The master suite has a King bed. Master bath with dual sinks and large walk in shower. TV in master. Bedroom 2 & 3 have full size beds one of them has a TV. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds with double on bottom and single on top. Small TV in this room as well. Also a small sitting area in this bedroom. Hall bath also newly remodeled with double sinks tub and shower. Washer and Dryer located in this bathroom and available for your use.

Newly remodeled kitchen with all new appliances and an extra refrigerator available as well. Kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Krueig coffee maker.

Nice Home In Parker

The home has all the things you could potentially need while at the river. It even had a kayak that two of our guests used one of the evenings. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for a good amount of people to enjoy the time at the river. The dock was great we had two 23-25' boats, a water trampoline and a Lilly Pad all tied off with no issues. The only issue with the home is the parking, when you go to the river with a boat usually you have a full size truck and we actually had 4 but were only able to park two at the home. We had to speak with one of the neighbors as even the overflow(trailer) parking was full and nowhere to park. This is an issue that you run into at a lot of the homes in the keys(not homeowners fault). Maybe something that the Keys Association could look into is putting some more overflow parking somewhere other than just the one at the entrance. That would definitely make the homeowners and renters a lot happier as that would prevent anyone from parking anywhere they were not supposed to park.
