Family and friends will have everything they need to rest, take advantage of their time in TURO and enjoy their fantastic private saltwater pool, the charcoal BBQ and play in their great games room!

THE HOUSE TURÓ AND ITS SPACE This house is ideal for bringing together two or three families or a group of friends because of its great capacity and size.
The pleasant and intimate garden has an area for sun loungers and a beautiful pool.
From the garden in front of the pool, we access the huge game room on the lower floor of the house; where we will find an authentic traditional table football, a ping-pong table, a darts target, a large billiard table and a great "running" machine for the most athletes.
On this same lower floor there is a summer dining room with a barbecue and a large Galician granite table to be cool in summer while the family enjoys the garden, the pool or the games room.
The house is distributed over 4 floors with air conditioning in all. It has 5 double rooms plus 1 living room, with 5 single beds. There are 6 bathrooms.
The two kitchens, the traditional and the summer ones, stand out. The summer kitchen is at the same level as the games room and the pool. There is an area to make paellas, and a large granite table in one piece to eat all together, now this kitchen consists of a new oven.
The main kitchen is fully equipped and is on the first floor, at the level of the entrance, where we also have the dining room, large and cool, with direct access to one of the outer sides of the house.On this same floor, there is also the laundry room with an extra fridge and freezer.For a better service to families in the TURO, there is a high chair available and several cots. We also have an extra rental service for high chairs and travel cots in case you need them.

PRIVATE ACCESS AND PARKING The main door gives access to the first area where you can meet and make BBQs.You can park for free on the street on the left, respecting the garages of our neighbours, or you can enter the car, on the property. It has a covered and closed garage, an access rapture and a flat area where a vehicle also fits. Both sets are automatic. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER* The owners have installed new SOLAR PANELS to achieve greater energy efficiency and thus protect our natural environment. THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL OF SALTY WATER! It is private and has toys and other games to enjoy a great bath! In the pool area, there are also sunbeds for sunbathing.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD The Maresme is a region to let yourself fall in love! Near Barcelona and the Costa Brava very close by car!
This house is located in front of the urbanization "Can Teixidor"; prestigious luxury urbanization located in the town of Alella in the Maresme region very well connected 20 minutes from Barcelona.
The Alella area is well known for its wines and a very good gastronomic offer. It has nice family beaches.
Alella is a tranquil area; it is a coastal city on the north coast of Barcelona, quiet and familiar.
You can enjoy different nautical offers such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkelling, sailing, golf, trekking, volley, tennis, paddle. There are many surrounding businesses and coastal towns that offer all kinds of activities that we will be happy to recommend!
In Alella and throughout El Maresme there are many restaurants and in summer we have beach bars, here called xiris, are installed on the beaches!
Near TURO there is a small area with local shops, bars and a delicious takeaway shop.
Also, near the sea, in El Masnou Marina there is a great gastronomic offer!
The beach is just 15 minutes from this beautiful house as well as public transport, to go to the centre of Barcelona or to visit the surrounding beaches.

PÚBLIC TRANSPORT There are different services and lines that connect Alella with the surroundings and Barcelona- Taxi: There is a regular taxis service. We have the contact of a taxi driver of our confidence in case you want to arrange your transfer to and from the airport in advance. All services must be booked in advance.- Bus: Day and night services. Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.- Train: The nearest train station is EL MASNOU. The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 25 and 30 minutes.
BARCELONA It is about 30 minutes by car.Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city. For more information, you can search in your search engine ZBE Barcelona (Zona Baixes Emissions)IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.

(Departure). - City tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.Cost of tourist tax: € 1 per person and every night, maximum 7 nights and only people over 16 years old- Deposit: it will be made on arrival through a credit card pre-authorization.- Signature of the house rules.- Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.

HOUSE RULES
- It is not rented to groups under 25 years.
- The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys.
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
- All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.
- During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt.
- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED
- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.
- Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.
- Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.
IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE APARTMENT MUST BE LEFT
We are very strict with the rules because the houses that we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties are in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.
