Our condo, 511 on the Gulf, is on the top floor of a low-density, 5-story complex, Harbour Place. The complex offers a heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, which are lighted with cool colors at night. The walkway to the beach is lighted at night as well, which is nice for your after-dark beach exploration.
The glorious gulf-front views from this unit are amazing! The large, king master suite sits on the southeast corner with direct, panoramic views of the beach. Even the master bath has a gulf view. Enjoy the views and the gulf breeze from our balcony looking out over the pool and out to the gulf. It has a sturdy table with 6 chairs and is a great place to watch for dolphins.
The second bedroom is nearly as big with a convertible king bed (two brand-new twin XL beds that can be easily separated to accommodate your preference) and attached full bath. We also have an extra twin mattress that can be pulled out for additional sleep space. We just added a new sectional sofa with a pullout queen sleeper with a gulf view. A favorite with the kids is the “pirate room,” which has a custom bunkbed with two full-sized mattresses and a twin pullout trundle that altogether sleeps 5 in addition to 2 hallway “junior bunks.”
Our beautiful condo has all tile floors, granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances. We have a fun decor with a “beachy” look, including a colorful hand-painted dining table.
This unit is well-appointed for families. There is a DVD player and TV in each of the bedrooms and the living room, DVDs, and a PlayStation 2 complete with an assortment of games. We have beach chairs, boogie boards, a big bin of sand toys, a beach cart, floats, and an air pump. We also have a booster seat, high chair and a Pack ‘n Play portable crib for our smallest guests.
We welcome your family and friends to enjoy our beautiful vacation home. We know you all will love it as much as we do.
