This is a completely renovated modern 2 bedroom apartment in one of Seattle's trendiest neighbourhoods. Everything was carefully selected by an interior designer and will please even the most discerning guest. The beds and linens are as good as those found in five star hotels. All furnishings are modern yet comfortable in a clutter free space.

Fremont is one of Seattle's most popular neighborhoods. Known as "The Center of the Universe", it's close to downtown while offering much to explore locally. Just minutes from the doorstep visitors will find the famous Fremont Troll, Theo's Chocolate Factory, the Burke Gilman Trail, the Woodland Park Zoo, the Greenlake walking trail, Gas Works Park and dozens of wonderful restaurants and funky local boutiques. Fremont is home to a renowned farmer's market as well as many festivals, including the Fremont Solstice Parade and Oktoberfest. The apartment is 1 mile from Seattle Pacific University and 1.5 miles from University of Washington.

Everything is new and done to a high standard. The décor is modern and comfortable in a spacious (over 850 SF), light filled space. The unit includes the following:

-Spacious master bedroom with king bed and 100% Egyptian cotton high thread count linens

-2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king (also high quality linens)

-Open plan kitchen, living room and dining area (seats 6), with queen sized sofa sleeper that has an upgraded very comfortable mattress.

-2 TV's with cable

  • There is one bathroom in this unit. The bathroom has recently been renovated to showcase modern comfort and design. We provide our guests with towels, shampoo and shower gel, a hairdryer, toilet rolls, and a cloth bathmat.

Check in process was easy and directions to the area in various ways were very helpful. Once arrived the apartment was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect to explore local stores and restaurants. Easy short trip to downtown with cost of about 10-15 dollars. We did not have a rental car but if we did the parking behind the apartment was conveniently located. Contact for issues easily responded within mins of text. I loved the space, service and the location and would recommend it to friend and family.

We stayed 3 nights. Everything worked well. We received the entry code just before 4pm, as promised. The apartment has one parking space. We had 2 cars, and it wasn't terribly difficult to find parking for the second car. If it's unclear in the description, the apartment has ONE bathroom. The only thing that would have made this better was a second bathroom. But the one there was very nice, loads of towels were provided. The view is great; we even got an amazing view of Mt. Ranier for part of the time we where there. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfy digs in a Great Location!

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was exactly what we needed for our family of five adults. Our son who is stationed in Bremerton, spent most nights with us. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom, and with the two twin beds in the second bedroom and the couch in the living room, there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out.

We put the bottle of wine you left for us to good use. We liked being able to cook and we appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was. In fact, after our day at Pike Place Market, we came home with some fresh salmon and veggies and had a great dinner.

The location was wonderful! On our first morning, we walked to the Fremont Troll on our way to coffee and yummy pastries at Milstead & Co. The neighborhood is full of great food finds. A five minute walk away was the Midnight Cookie Co. for satisfying a late night sweet tooth. Other neighborhood treasures included: The Dish for breakfast (and across the street from the biggest grocery store I’ve ever seen); Uneeda Burger for yummy eats and lots of beers on tap; Revel for the best meal of our entire time in Seattle; and Simply Desserts next to Fainting Goat Gelato for everyone’s pick of dessert.

The location was very convenient in terms of transportation. We rode the Link light rail between the airport and the end of the line at the University of Washington. Then it was a short Uber ride to the apartment. The bus stop for going downtown was a short walk away, so most days we left the car in the off-street parking behind the building. Also, it’s close to a bike path, and our son from Bremerton had his bike so he could ride to the nearby Gas Works Park.

I would recommend this apartment without hesitation. We stayed over a holiday weekend when every apartment was booked, yet we never heard the neighbors. The wi-fi clocked in at a superfast 233 mbps download speed on SpeedTest. The flat screen TV had HDMI ports so we could view our photos and videos, and we watched off our Apple TV that we brought from home. The apartment was clean, convenient, and comfortable, and we hope to stay here again the next time we visit lovely Seattle.

Smoking, parties and pets are prohibited.
Three night minimum on weekends unless it's a last minute booking.
Two night minimum other times.
We will accept one night stays for last minute bookings or when there is only one night available.
$25 fee for check ins after 10pm.
Check-in is at 4pm. Early check-ins MAY be possible when asked in advance.
Check-out is at 11am, no exceptions.
All guests must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by an adult.
Reservations cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival will be 100% refunded. For reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, 75% of all payments made will be refunded for any of the dates we are able to book with alternative renters. If we are not able to book any of the dates with alternative renters, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
