About Ken Matthews
We have lived in the Indianapolis area for almost 20 years. We both grew up in Northwest Indiana, graduated from Purdue, been married almost 25 years and have three kids. Our daughter used to attend college at IUPUI (downtown Indy university) and initially purchased the home for her and a college roommate. When she finished school in May 2016 we decided to "experiment" with the short term rental business. We found we really enjoy sharing our property with guests that come to our wonderful city and all it has to offer throughout the year!

Why Ken Matthews chose Fountain Square
Lucas Oil Stadium and Bankers Life Field house are a short 5 minute drive away. The Indianapolis Convention Center (located just north of Lucas Oil) is known for hosting conventions such as the Firefighters, FFA & GenCon (just to name a few) and is within 2 miles of the home. For those that visit the city for the annual Mini Marathon and Monumental Marathon participants this is perfect location as well. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway and airport are only 15 minutes away. The Indianapolis Children's museum is only a 12 minute drive away. The home is just minutes away from the Cultural Trail that leads directly into downtown and connects to the popular Monon Trail for biking, running and walking enthusiasts'.

we enjoyed our time at this house it was good to be able to come back to a home while in town to celebrate our daughter's graduation from UINDY. With her doctorate in OT.
Fun Family Time
We took our 4 children (7,6,3, and 2) to the zoo and Children's Museum. We had a fantastic time at both locations. It was nice to be able to come back to this house and stretch out and have enough room for the kids to play. The fenced in back yard was an added bonus!
Great place to stay with easy access to downtown!
My family of 5 enjoyed this property very much. It was 2 adults and 3 kids (9 ,7 ,& 21 months). We will definitely come back here and stay again!!
Home away from home
This home had everything we needed. Cozy, clean and convenient to downtown and Greenwood.
Perfect home away from home
We spent Christmas in Indy with family and needed extra room for our married children. The house was perfect. It was comfortable, in a great neighborhood and met all of our needs. We would definitely book again.
Comfortable Indianapolis retreat
I stayed here for a week during a business trip. So much more comfortable than a hotel, the house is fully stocked with everything you would ever need and more! I will definitely be staying here again when visiting Indy.
For those traveling with kids, the Indianapolis Children's museum is a must see (largest children's museum in the country!).
