Great Location, Great House, & Great Owner!

  • 5 of 5

Six girlfriends and I stayed at Billy's townhouse for 3 nights in August for a girl's weekend trip. We absolutely loved the house and its location. It was extremely spacious, had more than enough room/bathrooms for all of us, and was well appointed. The location was so great that we were able to walk everywhere we went in Charleston, even in the evenings in our heels! On top of the house and location being great, the owner (Billy) was even better. He checked in several times before our trip to make sure we had the info we needed and to answer any questions. In addition, due to unusual and unexpected circumstances, we needed to stay in Charleston an additional two nights and Billy was extremely accommodating. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Billy's townhouse to anyone looking for a place in Charleston and would stay there again in the future!

Girlfriends’ Getaway

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Billy’s townhome! Five long-time girlfriends from around the country got together for a reunion, and there was more than ample room for all. (We each had our own comfortable bed!). The layout of the bedrooms/baths lends itself to everyone having private space and easy access for getting ready for the day at the same time. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped (though we mostly dined out 😊?) and the furnishings are very nice. The location is fabulous - we could walk to most everything but did have 2 cars, so having off-street parking right behind the home was a definite plus. And Billy was very responsive and easily accessible by phone during the reservation process and beyond. We would highly recommend staying at his lovely place!! We only wish we could have stayed longer...

Excellent Location and Great Accommodations

  • 5 of 5

If you want to stay close to downtown Charleston and have the best of everything, this property is your best bet. Billy(Owner) was a breeze to coordinate with for the trip. House was great! The patio was perfect for drinks in the evening and some card games. We have 4 couples in the place and it was just the right size for us, enough bathrooms and beds for us all. The location is excellent. We were a few blocks from King. In the mornings we would walk down to the Queen St Grocery for breakfast and coffee. It had an updated and well appointed kitchen for cooking anything we needed. House was very clean and quiet. Sit on the front step in the mornings with some coffee and watch the carriage tours. Walk down to king and pick up a shared bike and cruise around town. This was an excellent location for a great trip. Billy(owner) is super helpful! We will definitely look to stay there again in the future.
