This corner unit is beautifully furnished. The unit sleeps 6 guests. On the main floor is the spacious livingroom that has floor to ceiling bay windows with a view of lake union, the dining area, bath, two bedrooms and the kitchen. There is also a private deck with picnic table and BBQ. All linens and housewares are provided , shampoos, conditioner, soap, laundry soap, and hair dryers. Down Stairs is a small sitting area with TV/cable, the 3rd bedroom, laundry, a second bathroom and the garage. You are less than a block away from the lake and minutes to downtown and the thousands of tourist attractions Seattle is famous for. This unit is centrally located to The UW Medical Hospital, Fred Hutch and Cancer Care Alliance . You are walking distance to Eastlake Avenue where you will find wonderful places to get coffee (Starbucks) eat, drink and enjoy the nightlife. We provide smart TV's in the bedrooms and Large Smart TV's with cable and internet in the main living areas. This home is in a neighborhood that is fun, community oriented and most of the people are out and about socializing and having fun. Boat and Bike rentals are nearby. Louisa's cafe is a must. Fresh homemade everything! The off Street parking is a bonus. You Have a 1 car garage with opener. we are able to provide parking passes for any street parking if needed. Our staff is available 24 hours a day should you need us.

Wonderful location, view of Lake Union.

Very convenient location, and well-appointed. Clean, neat, and TV and wifi were great for us to relax after busy days. The garage was a tight fit, so be careful! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and a good selection of herbs and spices. It was easy to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

Good location, size worked for us

We picked this property as it was located where other family members were staying. There are a couple cute delis within walking distance which we used for lunch. Main living area is upstairs with roomy living room, 2 bedrooms. One bedroom had only shelves no hanging rod in the closet. Kitchen was clean (as was the rest of the house) but didn't have everything I needed to make Thanksgiving desserts (no baking tray, only one pot holder) but I had brought most of what I needed. Plenty of dishes, lots of towels. Garage is very narrow. We had to fold in the side mirrors of minivan to fit. Parking on street was limited. We did not need the extra space of the basement which looked usable but is unfinished with no ceiling to cover pipes, cement floor, and no walls only curtains to enclose bathroom. Overall this worked well for us.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was well equipped, the amount and quality of linens was exceptional. The location was very good and having off street parking a real plus. This is a good value for a Seattle stay.

Just a bike ride away from everything in downtown!

This house worked extremely well for us when we came to stay for 3 days for the Bumbershoot music festival. VRBO website can be a bit confusing but Rebecca was always available and made things easy. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Our friends that were in the downstairs room noted that it is quite noisy as they could hear all of the water running from upstairs, including anytime someone used a sink or flushed a toilet. Other than that, it's lovely with a nice little deck where we happily spent our mornings.

Excellent location, Nice place

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location - you can walk into the city (a little less than 2 miles), there's a corner market a few steps away, Lake Union and all it has to offer is right out the door. We were close to highways for when we were driving places.

The house met our needs - 2 couples and two children. There was no AC which we are used to but it was comfortable in the house. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunches. We only made one dinner there during our week stay.

Everything was clean and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet.
