There is also a private deck with picnic table and BBQ. All linens and housewares are provided , shampoos, conditioner, soap, laundry soap, and hair dryers. Down Stairs is a small sitting area with TV/cable, the 3rd bedroom, laundry, a second bathroom and the garage. You are less than a block away from the lake and minutes to downtown and the thousands of tourist attractions Seattle is famous for. This unit is centrally located to The UW Medical Hospital, Fred Hutch and Cancer Care Alliance . You are walking distance to Eastlake Avenue where you will find wonderful places to get coffee (Starbucks) eat, drink and enjoy the nightlife. We provide smart TV's in the bedrooms and Large Smart TV's with cable and internet in the main living areas. This home is in a neighborhood that is fun, community oriented and most of the people are out and about socializing and having fun. Boat and Bike rentals are nearby. Louisa's cafe is a must. Fresh homemade everything! The off Street parking is a bonus. You Have a 1 car garage with opener. we are able to provide parking passes for any street parking if needed. Clean, Comfortable, Convenient
We enjoyed our trip to Seattle. Everything we needed was close by and many excellent restaurants were within 4 blocks and the nearest bus stop was only 2 blocks away and only took a few minutes to reach down town.
Great location, clean and comfortable.
The location was perfect. It is walking distance (about a 1 to 1 1/2 mi.) to South Lake Union area with lots of restaurants and things to see and do. Plus you can catch a trolley to downtown and from there you can walk down the hill to the Pike Place Market or to other attractions. There is parking garage but we didn't use it because we walked everywhere. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The lower level bedroom/bathroom is like a partially finished basement but actually worked out better than you might expect. The stand-alone shower had good water pressure and temperature. Living area is roomy and there is a nice deck off the eating area where we sat and had our morning coffee. Furniture is comfortable too. We felt we got a great value for our money - way cheaper than renting hotel rooms for 6 people.
Nice average house
Everything went very smooth with this house. Communication with owner was quick and easy. 3 bedrooms were all decent size, beds reasonably comfortable. Nice little area. There wasn't anything amazing about the property itself, nothing welcoming us or nothing inviting about the house, which is the only reason for not 5 stars. But everything else was great and would stay here again. The entire area of the neighborhood is very safe and easy access from downtown. Even biked into downtown with some of the rental bikes that are around the area, took 15 mins.
Wonderful location, view of Lake Union.
Very convenient location, and well-appointed. Clean, neat, and TV and wifi were great for us to relax after busy days. The garage was a tight fit, so be careful! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and a good selection of herbs and spices. It was easy to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

This place worked perfectly for my family. It is close to everything, garage parking, and very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent.
Good location, size worked for us
We picked this property as it was located where other family members were staying. There are a couple cute delis within walking distance which we used for lunch. Main living area is upstairs with roomy living room, 2 bedrooms. One bedroom had only shelves no hanging rod in the closet. Kitchen was clean (as was the rest of the house) but didn't have everything I needed to make Thanksgiving desserts (no baking tray, only one pot holder) but I had brought most of what I needed. Plenty of dishes, lots of towels. Garage is very narrow. We had to fold in the side mirrors of minivan to fit. Parking on street was limited. We did not need the extra space of the basement which looked usable but is unfinished with no ceiling to cover pipes, cement floor, and no walls only curtains to enclose bathroom. Overall this worked well for us.
