We really enjoyed the apartment size and decor. It was very clean and we also really liked having a washing machine and dryer. I have to tell you though that the beds were really uncomfortable. Everything else was great!

I would just like to inform you about the incident that happened last night, Dec. 22. We arrived back to theCondo at around 7pm. As my husband, Edgar was about to unlock the main door he noticed that the knob was positioned differently from the way he locked it when we left in the morning. As we tried to open the door, we were shocked hat someone opened the door from inside and there were people in the kitchen.We saw 2 elderly, a man and woman, a middle aged lady and two kids. We asked them "What are you doing inside this unit, we are supposed to occur this place until Tuesday." The middle aged lady, on her phone all the while said that "We have booked this room" and I replied, "How can that be, as you can see, all are belongings are here, our shoes on the floor and all our stuff."Then she stayed by the door talking to someone. the other 4 companions remain inside our unit. After her conversation on the phone she said that the got the wrong room. And I told her, but you got the same code as we do.... and they left.
We have never imagined that something like this can happen in what seems to be like a well secured accommodation, and that our safety and security can be compromised by people who can barged in the unit and know the supposed to be confidential code. So many things could have happened while they were inside the unit that could have put us also in trouble without our knowledge.
Hello Ryan, thank you for letting us know the about the unfortunate incident. After consulting with the staff, we found out that they mis read and send the wrong check in information to the guest that went into your property. We did sent out our staff the next morning/noon to change the code for you guys for the inconvenience it caused. Our management already changed our access system in February 2018 after consulting with our engineers. That way, we will make sure this incident will never happen again. It is regrettable that this happened to you guys even though nothing was taken. We have disciplined the employee and have insured that our system will no longer accept sending out the same code to two different accounts within one staying period. It was an unforgivable mistake even though that employee did not do that on purpose. And for that we as a company sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and stress this may have caused. Thank you for staying with us once again and letting us know how we can better serve you better in the future. We promise we will only improve and strive to become better.

Great living space and very close to stadium. Had some minor issues with sink.
Great experience, this was my first rental didn't know what to expect. The residence was clean and overall very quiet. Check in and check out were relatively painless, but when given times of check in and out very strict. I would recommend this service to anyone
Spacious and comfortable
Spacious and comfortable. We are a family of 5, plus a friend. My husband and I shared the master bedroom with our 21 month old daughter. We had plenty of room for the travel crib we brought. My 13 year-old daughter and her friend shared the other bedroom and my 15 year-old son slept on the couch. Having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms made all the difference. The living room is large, too. The only complaints are: 1. The mattress in the master has a large dip and was not very comfortable. I wonder if the boxspring is broken. 2. The a/c isn't very powerful and the condo (especially in the master) never cooled to a comfortable tempature. We called mataince, but they never made it to the condo during our stay. 3. The refrigerator is loud. These were all minor irritants. We will stay here again. The location is great for Disney and only a 15 minute drive to Knott's Berry Farms. Far more comfortable than a hotel and priced about the same. Check in and out was also super easy and fast.
