Beautiful home. Great location

We took our grandkids ages 10, 10 and 13 to San Diego for a week at this beautiful home. The home looked exactly as pictured except for one thing. The bathrooms were MUCH nicer than I had anticipated. The first floor bathroom was spacious and well put together. The master bath was fantastic and the bathroom attached to the "bunkbed" room was perfect with the vanity separated from the tub/toilet.

The home was clean and well stocked. The manager was available for any questions and we received immediate responses to everything we asked . We loved the proximity to Belmont Park, shopping but ESPECIALLY the beach. There were plenty of beach toys and although the garage was tight we were able to park one full size vehicle and one compact car with very little maneuvering.

Our only complaint was the heat in the house. It was stifling as San Diego was having a very unusual heat wave. Fans had been provided and were some relief but ceiling fans would have been MUCH better as most of the fans were noisy and dirty and had to be run day and night.

That being said we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others...just not in August.

Perfect location and the house was beautiful!

The house was decorated beautifully and was very clean. The location has a great view of Belmont Park and is close to markets, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay there again.

Great space, clean, close to the beach! Would stay there again!

The main negative was parking. Street spaces fill up quickly and the garage is very difficult to park in because of limited space in the alley.

When guests are in the top floor unit you can hear every step. Thankfully that only affected us the last night.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the proximity to restaurants, markets, and shops.

This home is located in a great area with ample public parking in addition to the designated parking space for the rental. We recommend renting a unit that does not have an upstairs unit for the best rental experience- if more sensitive to noise. We are glad you enjoyed your stay overall and the central location- close to all!

Excellent beach house

We had the best time staying at this beach house. It was perfect for walking distance to the beach, restaurants and attractions. The house was clean and super comfortable. We would stay here again.

Generous amenities and location was great to get to many areas

Very clean, beautiful

Home location was ideal for young adults to venture out to Belmont Park and stay close.

Easy to load and unload baggage

Nice patio


Parking, garage narrow. Only fits compact cars

Noise above master bedroom in the AM

Not on boardwalk but close

Air circulation for heating was bad for guest bedroom upstairs
