NCH Naples Community Hospital just opened nearby on the corner of Collier Blvd. Shopping plaza with Publix Food Store, McDonalds, CVS, Asian restaurant, Pizza, Bank, Salon, etc. is on the right and a host of stores and plazas are on the left. Ibis Cove itself offers beautiful landscaping and tranquil lakes you will enjoy. Sidewalks around all the property. The Main Clubhouse is where you will meet friendly people who enjoy the same life as you!

I purchased this home because I believe Ibis Cove is the best buy around. We stayed in Naples on vacation and searched several gated areas with homes for sale and this specific location offered the most to its residents in terms of location, amenities, condition of the grounds and common areas, cleanliness of the club house and pool, etc. The Homeowners association is very active and invested in the proper operations of Ibis Cove. There are rules and regulations which must be upheld to insure the best environment for all who live and vacation there.
